The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Cabourg, this charming flat at less than 200 meters of the beach, of a surface of 21 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 10 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 10 m² living room with TV, doublesofa bed and dining area
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) separated by a sliding door with cupboards and wardrobe
- A shower room with shower and WC

Outside :
- A very sunny 8 m² balcony (south-west facing) with table, 4 folding chairs and 2 chiliennes to enjoy the nice days.

The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in a very pleasant environment in a quiet and secure residence. The building is 150 metres from the beach, with no road to cross: direct access to the Marcel Proust promenade which runs alongside the beach and leads quickly to the casino and the town centre. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants (particularly along the Marcel Proust promenade), bars, markets, etc. The Thalazur thalassotherapy centre also adjoins the residence.
