OakHaven Annex--Large, secluded apartment one block from beach and Walmart.

We came here to celebrate my little son's birthday. We needed a place to spend the 2 nights quietly and this place was beautiful. We felt very comfortable, like at home. We will surely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and apartment was perfect for our group of 4 plus 2 service dogs.

The place was very clean , comfortable and well stocked. The apartment has its own outdoor sitting area .The area is blocked from view of the main house back windows . .The neighborhood is quiet and well kept .Clark has put a lot of thought into this property to give his guests the feel of your own space .

This is a terrific option if you are looking for a small place to stay while visiting the area. The owner was very good about communication and responded very quickly. When we arrived, he had lots of extras that we really appreciated. There was coffee in the cabinet as well as bottled water. In the laundry room, there was detergent and dryer sheets. The shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We will certainly keep this owner in our records for future use. Thank you!!!

Good value - nice place for the price. Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. A dishwasher would be nice, but, other than, all good. Host is helpful and responds promptly.

Loved staying at this house. It was really clean with a beautiful back patio area. I walked to the beach one morning. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location! Clean and private.

We absolutely loved OakHaven and hated to see our time there come to an end. It is now our most favorite home away from home on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast. Check-in and check-out were so simple, and Clark gave us all necessary information in such a timely manner. The property privacy is unmatched, yet the best restaurants, beaches, casinos, and other entertainment are within 2 to 5 miles no matter which way you turn on Highway 90. We will be back!

Perfect place to getaway and relax.

This place was great! It was cozy and relaxing. The beach was within walking distance as well as Walmart. The host was great and quick to answer any questions we had. Our family will definitely use this place again when we come back!!!

Host very responsive. Very clean. Secluded but close to everything. Beach right up the street. Beautiful area. Nice block walking every night after dinner. The people in the area are so nice. We will return.

The Host is great. We enjoyed our stay for the 3rd winter. A little short on knives and serving dishes, but adequate. I love the antenna for local tv channels. Just needs a dish washer besides me.

My only complaint and it’s minor, is that the online listing gave us checkin time of 4 and checkout time of 11, while the owner’s booklet at the place stated 3 and 10.

This place was just as listed, I really loved the tiled floors having pets, they are pottie trained but you are always scared they might have an accident, and really loved the fenced back yard. WAL-MART was right there as also was the beaches. Will definitely stay here in the future.

The place was perfect, clean , nicely furbished, great location, the private area was perfect to leave our bikes out after the rides, the hose handy for a refreshing wash after the bike ride from the beach was awesome; loved the fenced area for the dogs. This was our third stay and it is absolutely the best on the coast! Everything is clean and beautiful. You have everything you need there and he is very helpful if ever you need anything. Also Walmart is super close and that was a great thing too! I love knowing we have a place I feel safe bringing my family together at. I hope to have many more trips in the future!
