Smoking is not permitted inside the property or near open doors. Smoking is permitted outside. Please keep all doors closed while smoking to prevent smoke from entering the property.

Electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged at 15 DOP per kWh based on actual usage. A meter reading will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to determine your electricity consumption. Payment is due at checkout and can be made in USD, DOP, or by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 5.5% processing charge.

Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. Air conditioners are a major power draw. To help conserve energy and manage electricity costs, we recommend turning off air conditioners when leaving the property or when a room will be unoccupied for more than 30 minutes. The air conditioners are very efficient and can cool the rooms again within just a few minutes after being turned back on.
