LIVING ROOM
Large windows let in all the natural light you could wish for, with views of the Purcell Mountains. Turn on the electric fireplace and watch the sun slowly set over the mountains. Step outside to spend your time on the sizeable second-story deck for family meals or to sit, have a drink and take in your surroundings.


KITCHEN
This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest meals! The large island includes a sit-up bar with seating for four.

Comes with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
– Grilling tongs.
– Full set of Knives.
– Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Insta-Pot, Kettle, Coffee Grinder, and Nespresso Vertuo
– We keep it stocked with basic condiments, coffee, tea, salt, and pepper.


BEDROOMS
We ensure all bedrooms come fully prepared with premium linens and pillows!

Each bedroom has been expertly decorated, making it perfect for relaxing and getting an incredible night’s sleep.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, private balcony overlooking Lake Windermere, ensuite with double sinks and stand-up glass shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, large window, closet
Additional Sleeping: The downstairs sofa pulls out into a Queen bed

Downstairs:
You’ll find a large, comfortable living area/recreation room on the bottom floor, which includes a 65` Smart TV and an electric fireplace. Walk out to the ground-level patio from the downstairs living room to enjoy the private hot tub. For added convenience, the large sofa is also a queen pullout couch if you need extra sleeping. The long desk area is perfect for laying out snacks, hors d`oeuvres or catching up on a few emails in style. We have also included a wet bar and mini fridge, so you don`t have to go far for a cold one when enjoying the hot tub.


LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for your use. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets you can use.


PARKING
You will have access to two designated parking spots (the garage & driveway) during your stay. Please note that visitor parking in this area is extremely limited, so it`s best to try to carpool with your group. Additionally, the parking of trailers is prohibited in the complex. If you require trailer parking, please contact us directly prior to booking..


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/OUT
Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text or the tablet provided on the property if you need us for any reason.

Invermere - a town that most only believe exists in fables and folklore until they come to visit. Nestled between the famed Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, this small town is the perfect vacation destination for any time of year on stunning Lake Windemere. The summers here offer endless water sports options, hiking, and exciting mountain adventures. In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveller.

● Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.

● Kinsmen Beach (2 mins): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available.

● The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s market.

● Radium Hot Springs (17 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

● The Whiteway (2 mins): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.

You can walk to downtown Invermere in a few minutes and be around some of the best restaurants in the Valley!

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
2. Parties will not be permitted on the property.
3. Pets allowed
4. There is no smoking permitted on the property, including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal.
5. We ask that you please respect the neighbors as they are great people.
6. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours after. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub that you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more then 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00

    Beautiful home, spacious, very clean, loved how the kitchen had little extras such as saran wrap, foil etc. Condiments such as coffee ketchup mustard etc.Everything in excellent condition barbecue hot tub etc. Loved the big downstairs space for TV and kids.

    In all our travels over the past 10 years, we have never had any accommodations like this. The unit was stocked with everything you could need, and more. A kitchen with a full stock of flatware, glasses, appliances, and even basic condiments. The one thing that stood out the most in the kictejn was the knives were actually sharp! A truly rare thing in short term rentals.The space was exquisite, multiple floors to separate the sleeping areas from the dining and lounging area, and then a basement for TV or videogames (if you have your own console with you). The view from the balcony is beautiful in every direction, the private hot tub even had a couple of visits from the neighbourhood deer family during our stay.The proximity to town makes it perfect to walk in and grab any small essentials you may need, walking distance to the pharmacy, local alcohol distributor (be careful of them with their pricing, always double check your ring ups and receipts, we had a couple bad experiences with them at Copper City), and many great restaurants nearby.With multiple bathrooms spread out on each floor, and laundry upstairs, this until truly had everything you could need for a get away. One small note, you cannot fit a full-size pickup truck in the garage, so if you have more than 1 late vehicle, you'll have to use the driveway to park.Overall, an amazing stay at a beautiful location, hosted by a fantastic family that are quick to respond to messages.

    This was our second time staying at this place. Our stay was short and sweet! We intended on only staying for 3 nights but at the last minute decided to stay an extra night. They mad it so easy and instantly approved the extra night. We had clear and and easy communication also. The house was perfect and had enough space for what we needed. I really liked that the main floor had no TV because when we sat down for meals there was no distractions. The TV in the basement with the fireplace was way to end the night after a soak in the hot tub. The views for each floor was spectacular! When they say the bakery is only a 6 minute walk, they mean it. They have the best donuts and hot apple cider!! Main Street has a whole bunch of awesome stores. Myself and daughter went for a walk around town. We checked out Divine Curiosities, if you anre into precious rocks, incense annd stuff like that, that’s the store to go. The lady is so so so nice annd has all the answers. Main Street Fun and Games.is a cool place also for family board games! This won’t be our last time visiting either!!! I would 100% recommend this house!!!

    We loved staying here. It was clean, well Kept, easy to find and easy to check in. The layout is great for a family as all the rooms are on one floor. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and could have hosted another couple with us easily. We will likely re book next time we come back to the area

    Prime location in Invermere with the beach and downtown both less than a 5 min walk away. House is almost new, clean, well stocked and spacious. Great place for a relaxing vacation.

    We had an amazing stay at this condo. 3 couples for 5 days and this condo had everything you could want. The kitchen was short of nothing! Great space for all and the views are second to none! We will return!!
