Stayed Dec 31, 1969No play area outside the appartement. No view from the garden. Poor ability to refresh air. The equipment of the flat is good. De service from Alpen appartements is very good.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice large appartement with big yard and stunning view on the mountain. Great place to reach the areitexpress skiilift . Verry quit area great for families.
