The apartment. The location. We have stayed in the apartment several times and it is always in a beautiful condition. Location is perfect. My only concern was disappointment with the response I got from the admin team when I made an enquiry

The apartment was excellent, close to the beach, and all amenities it had been cleaned to a very high standard and felt like a top end place to stay, we look forwards to rebooking for next year. Nothing.

Beautiful property in an amazing location. Very well equiped, it had everything we needed. Central for everything. Minutes away from shops, pubs and restaurants. Set on the main street but very quiet. We had problems with the television reception during our stay.

It was modern and had everything we needed.

Very comfortable stay, warm and clean The road was at times a little nosey, early wake ups with delivers etc..

The location is fab - accommodation was excellent and apartment was very well equipped and very clean everywhere. Have already booked for next year !

The location of the property is excellent for the shops being in the heart of the town. It was well equipped and comfortable, unfortunately the TV in the lounge didn't work all week , the parking space was too tight for larger cars, the bollard was rusted and we couldn't raise it, other than that it was good.

This was our second stay at Belle House and we have already booked for next year. Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartments with everything you could possibly want or need. Great central location too. We love Filey and have now found the perfect place to stay. Thank you Parking posts don’t work very well - though it’s great to have a parking space. Also, signal kept dropping out on tv but we managed to watch on iplayer etc. Not complaints at all, just observations.

We stay in Filey regularly as we have family that live there. The family can't accommodate us so we are always on the lookout for nice places to stay. This is the best one yet. The biggest plus point being its own parking space as finding somewhere to park in high season is difficult. The flat was spotlessly clean and every facility has been catered for. From the washer dryer to the coffee machine, it was like a home from home. We've already booked to come again in October. Can't think of a thing!

The location The noise from the street in the front bedroom, shouting cars racing up and down thankfully my mother in law and father in law both in their eighty’s stayed in the back bedroom which was much quieter

Everything! Being woken at 7AM by text message to remind us about putting rubbish out, leaving towels in the bath, stripping beds etc. 7 AM was far too early after all we are on holiday. We had already been told of house keeping rules on previous emails.
