We have stayed here before and Is ideal for a holiday stay. It has everything you need with good quality furnishings. We both slept very well. 1st class No improvements needed

Staff very helpful ideally located just one issue eith tv stations but ur staff went out there way and beyond to rectify it well done team much appreciated b back again we loved it was our fourth stay to Just make tv channels are easier to acess was a bit complicated for us other wise no problems

No 11 is a good ground floor apartment in the centre of Filey. Have stayed in another apartment in the same block previously. No complaints.

Modern apartment, good location, everything we needed Needed more crockery, would have expected a welcome pack of food basics for the price

The apartment is very well positioned for everything you need, walking distance to the pub's, restaurants, supermarkets, train and bus station. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need.

Lots of space and a really comfy bed.

We liked the spaciousness and decor of the apartment as well as its location. There was a lack of cereal/soup bowls. The TV picture wasn’t very clear and the sound was muffled. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable.

We were staying in the ground apartment.And as elderly guests Hand rails in the bath and shower would be very handy For disabled people

This was our 2nd time at No11 Belle House, it's a perfect apartment in the perfect location. Everything about it is perfect, we can't say a bad word about it.

Flat was lovely and clean and facilities were excellent. Would highly recommend! Nothing, everything was perfect.

Wonderful accommodation in the centre of Filey with a dedicated parking space. The apartment was of a high standard, modern very clean and comfortable. Everything you need home from home has been thought of. We look forward to returning. Nothing to improve as the apartment is of such a high standard.

Good location, helped with having a car parking space , comfortable clean high standard Problem I had was with WiFi but was quickly resolved , and having no SB port but again spoke about it and manager was going to feedback

The flat was really nice, the kitchen and sitting room was big and the bed was really comfortable. The shops and the beach was on our doorstep so it was easily accessible. The only thing that i could say was negative was the fact that I was never emailed the information to get into the flat. It took a while to get hold of the right person. However the lady on the phone was really nice and emailed the information straight away so it was resolved quickly.

Another lovely stay at Finest Retreat Apartments Filey . The accommodation is modern & exceptionally clean throughout . The bedroom has a super comfortable bed & bathroom houses a fabulous over the bath shower . The kitchen area has every convenience you can think of l with full size smart tvs to lounge & bedroom. With an added bonus of one private parking bay for each of the apartments . Finest Retreats apartments are conveniently situated in the middle of Filey with public houses, bars ,cafes ,gardens & local shops . Filey itself is beautiful with a promenade overlooking the beach making it an ideal place for both scenic walks to fun days out by the sea for all the family young & old . On our last stay we met the Housekeeping team who I can only describe as lovely. The Finest Retreat team at the Head office are amazing & go above & beyond to make your booking & stay as enjoyable as it could possibly be . Nothing

Second time stopping here, spotlessly clean modern centrally based accommodation with everything you need including your own parking space. We love it here and will be returning soon. As this is a ground floor apartment it is ideal for people like us with mobility problems, a grab hand rail to get in and out of the bath would be an excellent addition as the bath is deep.
