No More Looking-Parking

Great stay at NoMa property. Wow! Has the area changed! Restaurants, stores and Union Market are great places to stop in and visit.

Everything was well prepared, clean and is located in a pleasant neighborhood.

I had a nice long stay at this property. It's perfectly clean, quiet and nicely equipped.

The place was spotless and everything in new or like new condition! Communication was great! We arrived late the first night, well lit path and flowers greeted us to the door. My husband and I had a quick stay to see the popular sights.

Good communication beforehand. Clean, and location both walkable and close to metro. We loved it.

Property was just as advertised. Great location - walking distance to eateries and grocery stores. Property was very clean. Did not have any issues or need to reach out to hosts. The bed and pillows are magical. I need to buy that mattress and those pillows for our home! The only thing I wish the property would have had is either a ceiling fan or fan in the bedroom to circulate the air. Love that they had a noise control machine and ear plugs that you can use. That really helped me sleep. The property is fully stocked with everything you need. I appreciated the hangers and steamer. The coffee pods for the Keurig and the Keurig itself topped it off for me! We would definitely stay here again!

The area and location were great. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The hosts were easy to reach and responded very quickly to our questions.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Located very near to M station and busses. Made it easy to get to all the sights in DC. Also the bag of local coffee was a nice touch. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was great except we didn't have hot water for three days. They did eventually fix it but it was not fun taking cold showers after being out all day in the cold. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great communication with the host with questions quickly addressed. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood and a well appointed kitchen! It was nice to have a selection of spices for meal prep! Adding a pitcher to the kitchen would be a great idea! The bedroom was very comfortable with a wonderful mattress and we liked the sound machine as well!

The property is really cute and has all the amenities needed. Can Uber easily and economically to all attractions. Would leave a 5 star in all areas but there was a slight musty smell and may be due to the nature of it being a basement unit. Little trouble getting thermostat to go higher than 68 degrees. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and stay.

Outstanding property in a great location.

It was perfect for us. We were visiting our daughter who lives two blocks away. Very convenient to the metro, Trader Joe’s, and Union Market . It was bigger than it looked in the pictures.

We enjoyed our stay in DC at this beautiful VRBO. You would never know that there were people living above us since this basement apartment was so quiet. Everything was clean and organized with little extra items to make the stay more enjoyable. This place is located within an easy walk from Union Station. There are two major grocery stores also within walking distance. There are numerous restaurants available on H Street but truthfully we were a little disappointed with this due to so many storefronts not filled. If you walk up 4th street a little further there are additional selections of restaurants and breweries. Thank you for a wonderful time in DC.

Very clean and accurate to the listing. My only complaint is the bedroom can get a little hot

Loved our stay! Great location, close to good food. Within reasonable distance to Capital, Mall, etc. Scooters/bikes are at almost every corner to make things even easier. Very close to metro station. We hopped on a caught the Braves & Nationals game in Navy Yard and arrived within minutes. Very easy access to just about anything you wanna do whether you are walking, using bikes, or catching the train. Host was incredibly quick at responding. 10/10 recommend! The place was also well stocked with basically anything you would need - including tampons for the ladies who forgot to bring extra? the place was very clean and we’d stay here again if we find ourselves visiting DC again.

This was one of the nicest places that I have stayed at. Without a doubt the cleanest place I’ve ever rented. We were within walking distance of all that DC has to offer. Great restaurants, trendy markets, all close by. I would definitely rent this place again. If cleanliness is something you look for, you won’t find anything better.

We drove into DC for a 4-day stay in the city with our family from North Carolina. We were looking for a place that we could park our car and then use public transportation for the rest of our stay and not stay far outside DC. It was so nice not to pay $50/night for parking like most hotels in the city. We also wanted a place where we could fix our own meals. This was the perfect spot for us! Parking and check-in was simple. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 2 pre-teens). Very clean. Great kitchen. Never really heard the owners upstairs. Less than a 10-minute walk to the NoMA metro. Close to several grocery options. Felt safe the entire time. Would highly recommend this spot to others and we'd definitely stay again when visiting DC.
