Nice studio near Anna Maria Island, IMG Academy, UTC Mall, Lecom Park

Small and quiet. Clean and comfortable. I was there in business, if I am in that area again, I would stay there again.

This is a very newly renovated space with full size refrigerator, well stocked kitchen, and adorable furnishings. We were very comfortable.

The owner, Jerry, is very pleasant and helpful. The neighborhood is safe. Even the neighbor is friendly.

The house that is connected has dogs so my son heard barking and he had driven 14 hours and needed rest. Also you can smell food cooking. They had a curry type cooking odor around midnight, so he had to leave the place until the smell dissipated around 3am. He was working the next day. The location was nice and safe, and neighbor was pleasant to talk to, but being connected to the house you can hear and smell things. The bed on the left side had long black hair on the sheets and he knows they are not his short brown hair. Overall pleasant stay but these notes are for the owners. Thank you

This place is a hidden gem. We will definitely return for future trips. First let me say that I stayed here for 3 nights with my spouse and 2 kids. We were creative with the sleeping arrangements but we all fit. There are 2 twin beds, one is plush which my wife loved and one is firm so there something for everyone. There is tons of storage space. Its very close to local food and beaches. We received 4 towels so one for each of us. Idk about you but I hang my towels to dry and reuse them at home so that’s exactly what I did here, worked out great. There is a binder with welcome info, it does mention free candy and water, there was none but since we were not expecting any in the first place it did not bother us one bit. The owners responded with a day but there wasn’t anything we couldn’t go without. We brought additional travel shampoo/conditioner. The temperature is on the cool side which is my personal preference. If I had to guess I would say it was around 70-72 degrees which felt great after a long day out. 10/10 would recommend if you want to feel like a local and experience Florida!

Host was very nice and kept communication open. Trundle bed was fine for us. Would suggest adding hooks or rack to hang towels and beach paraphernalia. Nice area and loved the beautiful beaches and fun activities to do!

This was a wonderful property. It was perfect for our needs. It’s small but unit has everything one could possibly need. It is in a quiet area and seemed centrally located. We loved it and definitely would stay there again if needed.

Everything was just fine as I wanted it, had everything that was shown in the pictures, A/C, refrigerator, WiFi, comfortable bed, and was very clean, and the owner was a good man, there weren't any bad surprises.

Needed a small, reasonable place for 2 people to stay. Found the perfect place in this one! We will be back for sure!

It was great for the 2 of us. We had everything we needed. We did have issues with not being able to get local TV channels, only Amazon Prime shows & movies available Cabinets had all the necessities in bathroom & kitchen and even a couple extras. The nightly rate was just right for the sq footage & amenities

I was in town for a camp my son was attending at IMG. He was staying at the dorms, so it was just me in the vrbo. It was perfect and just as described/pictured and only 2.2 miles from IMG.

The property looks just like the pictures and is clean and well-maintained. The property owners are very nice, flexible and easy to communicate with. My daughter and I really only slept and showered there but it was a perfect, quiet little place to rest our heads. We enjoyed our stay.

We found this studio clean and furnished with refrigerator, microwave, sink, table, twin beds & tv. It was perfect for the 2 of us. I made coffee every morning and ate out the rest of the time. Very convenient to the beaches (about 15 .minutes. I would recommend this place.

It is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Clean, not far from stores or beach. I was down the street from family. In my stupidity, I locked myself out. It took over 2 hours for owner to send cleaning person to let me in. I was outside from 7:20 to 10:10. I was on my way to church.
