Stayed Feb 12, 2026Layne was a wonderful host! Took care of a few things that concerned my wife. Super responsive and very kind! Location was perfect and close to everything we needed. Definitely would recommend!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The owner is amazing at communicating. Located in basement of old building. but clean inside. Not recommended for old person or hot natured people. No ceiling fans, no control of AC, and steep/not very wide stairs to access. Overall it it was ok for the price point we were looking for. Plenty of paper products and laundry soap. Be sure to bring your shampoo/body wash if staying more than one night.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024This is a basement apartment under an ugly commercial building. The exterior doors look sketchy, but it is fine inside. One little quirk is that you can't control the thermostat, but the property manager can change the temperature for you if you text. No kitchen table and one bedroom is stuffy even when running the little fan.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024We had a great stay in this Vrbo in Orem. The pictures were accurate and apartment was well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable. There were drinks made available in the fridge and even shampoo, body wash, toothbrush (if you forgot to bring one). The only thing that was not expected was the apartment is in the basement of a commercial building and the entrance to the place is old and has a very difficult deadbolt to open (photos of this were not included in the listing). We had to try several times to get the door open. But don’t let the entrance dissuade you. Layne (our host) was very easy to contact and helpful during our stay. We would stay again and definitely recommend this nice place.
