Stayed Mar 23, 2024This apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. It was extremely clean and well appointed. Paco, the care taker, was a big help and provided underground parking in the building (at an additional charge, of course). I highly recommend this place if you're in Granada versus hotels. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. Excellent in all ways!

Stayed Aug 6, 2023Carmen apartment is very well situated and has the comodities necessary for a great cultural holidays. We walked to the city historical center, went by bus to Alhambra, loved the proximitu to the Parque de las ciências. The children park nearby was great for my girls to play at night. I recomend this apartment.

Stayed Mar 17, 2023This apartment had everything we needed and more. The language differences were solved through translation apps so no big problems ensued. Carmen was very proactive in her communication. The advice we would give is, if you intend to use the parking space assigned, to rent a car as small as possible. The parking spaces are extremely narrow but doable. Plenty of bars and restaurants within 7-8 minutes walk. We can recommend! Thanks Carmen
