Stayed Sep 17, 2025My son and I enjoyed our time in Rome. The neighborhood that we stayed in was old however, well established and the neighbors were wonderful and friendly. We enjoyed the little market down the street, the pizza restaurant that was around the corner, and the mall that was a seven minute walk from the apartment. It was a pretty big mall, had a food court. It also had a large supermarket on the bottom floor with access to the metro. The metro was not far and was easy to navigate. If we needed a taxi.We did use the Lyft app and a taxi readily appeared.Vatican city was about a 20-25 minute walk for someone my age. For some reason, the month of September, when we were, was unseasonably warm, but still very beautiful. Our apartment was more than we expected, coffee was available, and so was Liminello as a special treat. Everything in the apartment was super clean and well kept. The manager, Riccardo, of the apartment was very easy to access and answered emails and any requests very timely. I simply fell in love with Rome, and cannot wait to come back. Every one we met was warm and welcomed us; we enjoyed visiting with the locals and felt like we were with family. We stay 8 nights and would definitely book this property again. Ciao!

Stayed May 6, 2024Three of us Americans rented this VBRO property at Carlos Pascal, 10 in Rome for a week in early May. We were in Rome to celebrate our sister’s 80th birthday. It was very important for us to make the birthday celebration special for her. The visit and celebration went flawlessly thanks to the amenities at the rental, the neighborhood, and to the prompt, thorough and gracious attention of Riccardo at ROMANHOLIDAYS who manages the property and provides contacts for other services. Riccardo also arranged a pickup service from FCO. This was a godsend as Rome’s transportation workers strike regularly, and did so on the day we arrived in Rome. The property is spotlessly clean, well furnished and modern. Access is easy once you get the hang of using keys for the building entry and punch codes for the apartment door. The sleeping accommodations and bathrooms suited our needs perfectly. There is a PAM supermarket down the block where we got snacks and wine to enjoy on the apartment’s large covered terrace. The neighborhood which is near the Vatican features many cafes and restaurants. The new AURA Shopping Centre is a few minutes walk away. The Shopping Centre includes restaurants, shops and the huge PAM supermarket. The Valle Aurelia station (METRO A Line) is next to the Shopping Centre. This made it very easy to travel around Rome. Bus lines travel on nearby major streets regularly Thank you ROMANHOLIDAYS and Riccardo.

Stayed Apr 8, 2024Live like a Roman in this beautiful, spacious , sparkling clean, well appointed apartment! The host, Riccardo, is responsive, quick to communicate, patient and truly cares about your comfort. He assisted us with airport transfers. The neighborhood offers close access to shopping and the metro station. It was a 20 minute walk to the Vatican/St. Peter’s Square. I’m not of a generation that grew up with digital technology, so it took a day or two to become familiar with the digital key; I had to slow down and be patient. My best friend and I would happily revisit!

Stayed Oct 20, 2023The apartment was lovely! We struggled some to get into the apartment (user error!), but the property managers were so helpful and kind! The location is close to the metro (which is a straight shot into Rome), which we utilized easily and frequently!! Thank you for the great visit!

Stayed Oct 15, 2023Property manager responsive. The check in process was different you do everything online, sign an additional contract in Italian, but I had purchased insurance so I called VRBO- they said just sign it so I did. Any damage would have gone thru the insurance company. I was nervous though the entire time to keep the property perfect. This property is well kept and run by a system that tracks everything and a link to get into the security gate, the buillding door and the apartment door. The dooknob scared me as I was afraid if there was a fire we couldnt get out and it was several tries to get in a few times. it has a security code on it if it didnt click open. also iron gates on all deck doors/outside with a key that you have to slowly and carefully open them with so as not to bend it. You will have to leave cash for the cleaner and taxes so plan on getting euros to cover that amount depending on number of persons and nights. Air conditioning is a PLUS it was still warm this week. the washer/dryer combo- a plus but to dry it didn't dry, we used the racks provided. we didn't spend much time but to sleep and shower. we took out our own trash as per the message on the door. The place is clean and has TP/soaps/towels everything you need we just wouldn't choose it again due to all the strict rules, the stress of staying here wasn't relaxing. I work for an airline, I travel a LOT. the place overall was good. we took uber everwhere/IT taxi. It was fairly inexpensive $18

Stayed Sep 13, 2023Beautiful, modern apartment with great amenities. We were here when Rome was blazing hot and we very much appreciated the air conditioning. Great communication from Riccardo, spacious bedrooms, lovely terrace for morning coffee, and fabulously close to the Metro- we rode it every day except for our Vatican day…the apartment is close enough to the Vatican to walk to it. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 2, 2023The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment worked out great for our family of four. The apartment was clean and the property manager was responsive and good to deal with. Air conditioning worked great. The outdoor terrace was a nice place to eat. Kitchen was well stocked and proximity to a large grocery store (less than 5 minute walk) was a bonus. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher and a clothes dryer though. Location was good. Nice, safe neighborhood. 20 minute walk to Vatican, but we took cabs to most of the other sites to avoid the extreme heat. Overall a nice apartment for our 5 day stay in Rome.
