Nice and cozy house with king bed fenced yard

Absulately.

Stayed for the Bills/Chiefs game. Quick 20 min uber to the stadium. 5 adults, 1 kid, 2 furry people. Plenty of space for everyone, with extra room. Beds are very comfortable. House was stocked with everything we needed (kitchen, towels, etc). Communication with owner was excellent. The neighborhood is more of an up-and-coming area which is accurately described in the listing. All in all - great landing spot for our group.

This apartment is great. Yes, you're in the city, down a few streets over seems sketch, but this one is perfectly fine. As someone who didnt used to be used to city living, then learned how to live in downtown Chicago, I'd be fine living here. The neighborhood kids (4-13 yrs old?) were playing in the street even in the evening, and talked to our kids. Families on their porches were all friendly. Plenty of very hot water. Drains all worked without backing up at all. Bedding is ample, but bring a pillow or two if you're picky about them. Air conditioners worked well (we came during a heat wave). No dvd player, but plenty of tv channel options, including youtube. No real living room on the first floor, but there is a couch in the loft outside the bedroom upstairs, a couch in the bedroom upstairs, and a couch in one of the downstairs bedrooms (all pullout to beds). Washing machine and dryer are good, and cheap detergent is available. Two small refrigerators give plenty of space. Not the best pans, so if you don't like teflon, bring your own. Plenty of good dishes/silverware. Everything is decently clean. There is a swiffer, broom, and vacuum in the closet to use. We will definitely come stay again when we're back in town.

Overall it was a nice comfortable house to stay a few nights in. Buffalo as a city is...rough...the area isn't the nicest but the inside of the house was nice. Washrooms were clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. Parking right out front which is convenient. Short Uber ride to the casino and KeyBank center. Will stay again in the future. Thanks

This Vrbo was nice and clean. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded rather quickly to any questions I had. The only problem was the bedroom downstairs was cold. So just bring extra blankets, especially if you stay in the winter. It gets really cold outside in Buffalo!!!

The rental was clean and comfortable, the owner was quick to respond to my questions. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Overall great experience

Cane up for a ball hockey tournament so we didn't need any luxury amenities. The space was great for the 5 players ages 11-15 and two adults. Everyone had plenty of space and kitchen came in handy for making own meals for on the go. Very close to rink as well as tourist attractions.

From the minute I opened the door I visualized comfort. Every room was immaculate. My family and I enjoyed every moment shared in this house. We will definitely rent this home again.
