peace and tranquility
Absolutely beautiful property! The spa is incredible, and totally private with a nice, relaxing atmosphere. You can tell a lot of thought was put into everything here. Like some other reviews mentioned, there are other people staying in the other available rooms but we really didn’t run into each other and it still felt quiet and secluded. Everything was nice, the towels and soaps, the bedsheets, complementary wine and tea, soft fluffy robes, everything was spotless. Five star hotel experience, but even better due to the privacy of the spa and gardens. If you’re looking for a place to rest and recharge, book your stay here now, you won’t regret it. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much Olag!!
Beautiful property, very nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Very responsive host.
Absolutely beautiful property run by a lovely couple. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. I was a little bit disappointed that the property was in Los Gatos, not Santa Cruz, so it was further away from the event we were attending than anticipated but that's on me for not asking before hand.
A beautiful location, very quiet, and the host was excellent. He was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. I have nothing but good things to say.
This is a great place to get away from it all for a few days or longer, especially if you don’t want to go anywhere else for awhile. We found the very narrow, winding road with its hairpin turns and switchbacks (many single lane with room for only one car) to be a challenge going and coming every day. Oleg was a great host and very helpful when we needed something; otherwise, we hardly saw a soul even when there were many cars there. Very private.
We absolutely love this place.cant wait to come back!
Next level. I wish I could put into words how I feel about this place. It's one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed on. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts are kind and hospitable. The hiking trail is wonderful. Views all around. Really close to Oakland/SF. Book it now. Wonderful.
Some may feel the mountain drive to this 23 acre getaway is filled with to many twist and turns. We, however, felt a sense of adventure and discovery. Once the electronic gates opened to the property, we knew we found a treasure in the mountains. Our unit was the smallest but certainly did not feel that way due to it's lineior design with wonderful appointments and surprises (who provides a bottle of wine, beer in the frig, and men and women cologne to name a few). Owner was gracious and genuine in his efforts to provide what was needed. Great that he lives on the property.
The host, Oleg was personable, accommodating and helpful. His property is gorgeous with patios, verandas and gazebos where you can relax, read, talk and enjoy the scenery. The unit is very nice with high end furnishings and decor. Linens were very high end and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is gorgeous with double sinks and a spacious shower and it is all new. There is a lovely patio on the deck to enjoy morning coffee and evening meals. Thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine, several cans of beer, milk, cookies, coffee and condiments are there for your use. Cell phone reception is spotty but if you connect to the WI-FI there is no problem getting internet and texts. The most important thing to be aware of is the steep, windy road to get to the property. It is well maintained and safe but I would advise that you get there in the daylight hours at least the first time driving the road. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the rental for you. We loved every moment we spent there.
