Stayed Oct 6, 2025The location of this place was nice. It was just outside the Paris city perimeter, about a 15 minute walk from the Champs-Élysées. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and safe and right next to a nice park for some morning runs. The unit was clean, but had some things that needed fixing. The bathroom is not very private given the sliding door. The shower door was not sufficient to keep the water out, so the bathroom floor was always puddled with water. While the unit had a washer, the dryer was a drying rack. It didn't really have AC. Rather, it had a portable AC unit that would trip the electricity once plugged in. The place was beautifully appointed, but I wish it got the basic needs right. Fortunately, the concierge was very communicative and even sent someone to fix any issues we had and also responded immediately when the electric circuit was tripped.
