Newly Updated Beach Block-500 steps to the beach-1920's Enchanted Boutique Condo

Only problem worth mentioning is the challenge in finding a place to park near the condo.

The property was in a great location with easy access to beach and the boardwalk. It was well maintained and had all the amenities needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. Owner was very responsive and would definitely stay there again.

The unit is very small but adequate for 2 adults during a short stay. It was clean and the bed comfortable. Appliances (coffee maker, hair dryer, microwave) were old but serviceable. We thought the cleaning fee was excessive for one room and a small bath. It was nice being able to walk to the boadwalk and Brenda's Cafe accross the street serves a great breakfast. We never did watch the TV. Four remotes and no obvious instructions.

Great load/unload option ( 15 min parking outside building) for check in & out. Lovely breeze thru open windows in condo with view to beach and bay. Distance to beach/boards was great. Option for elevator or stairs. Happy with access ( keyless), new to us cleaning fee - still competitive pricing for rental. Nice chance to experience The Hanscom Condos with custom interior paintings! Great host and property experience.

As advertised. Close to beach, cozy, clean, and comfortable. Looks exactly like the picture.

Nice and clean - but smaller than we expected. Some aspects need to be updated -- the shower water was low and the handle to direct the water between tub and shower was missing.

We had an amazing time. The condo was cozy and conveniently located. It had everything we needed for an extended weekend stay. We will definitely stay again!

Its was very old The shower filled up with water. It needs some maintenance done. Very good location.

would recommend it definitely felt more like a home instead of a hotel room or some other rentals i have been in one of my favorites was the balcony she left a welcome pack with directions and some things to do plus games also outside shower to help with sand on beach chair and feet

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this boutique condo mainly because of the location. It is two blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from the downtown restaurants and shops. We found a great breakfast place (Varsity Inn) and one block from the island's best coffee pot. The unit is small, about like a NY room, but it every space is complete with needed items. The airconditioning worked well. There was a nice laundry room in the basement. Check-in was simple and moving suitcases is made easier through an accessible front door with a nearby elevator. The Hanscomb is a refurbished old hotel. The upgrades were well-done and added to the charm of beautiful wood and well-preserved wall paper. If you like a good unit with a great location, this is for you!

Really nice efficiency with a nice-sized bathroom. Great location, close to boardwalk, with a bicycle rental joint across the street. Easy walk to the beach. Used street parking and had to walk a couple of blocks (though one evening I got a space right next to the building!). Parking was not terribly challenging, as it wasn't a holiday weekend. The area seemed really safe at night. Neighbors were quiet (though a maid decided slamming doors incessantly midday was okay :-). Bathroom caulk needs some sprucing up (it was near end of season), otherwise the place was super clean and tidy. We had a really nice stay. I hadn't been to OC NJ for 40+ years, and this made a great impression.

Good location. Everything I needed in the room. Cleanliness was good except for the mold growing on the shower curtain. I would stay again.

Can’t imagine staying more than one other person (unless it’s a small infant) but Carole was very sweet and very easy process!

We loved staying in Carole’s condo. It is a very cute and perfect for a get away. I would so recommend this condo to anyone looking to get away to OCNJ! It is super close to the beach. Carole is an amazing host, we will definitely be back!

Nice place to stay, near boardwalk and restaurants. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Only drawback is parking, but otherwise a very nice place to stay.

We visit OC every year, but this stay was a last minute decision. We had low expectations, but were so surprised. The room was exactly what was pictured - snug, but nicely organized. When we had an issue with check-in the management team went above and beyond to get us checked in. We will be back and soon.

Had a lovely weekend. Not sure if could do a full week just because it’s such a tiny space. It’s very clean, old time OC feel which was what I wanted. I wish the trash was taken care of by housekeeping especially since it was pouring rain when I checked out. Manager came to the rescue and took care of it for me. I would recommend this one for sure.

perfect for 1 or 2 people. Very small but suitable for sleeping and shower.

Spent a few days/nights at the beach on OCNJ and Somers Point and the weather was great and so was our time at the Hanscom. A nice kick start to the Summer of '24 !!
