Newly Renovated1 Bedroom Apartment in Gadsden near Downtown

The apartment was very nice very clean zero complaints. I ended up having to leave earlier than my intended stay when my father suddenly passed away- the host was very understanding and told me not to worry about double checking everything. I can’t wait to book again.

I slept well. Apt had a funny smell. But what it really needs is a table for meals.

I enjoyed the stay the host was was available and welcoming. She reached out during the stay to see if we needed anything.

For your own safety, DO NOT STAY HERE!The entire listing is false, the pictures are misleading, it isn't a safe place to be by any stretch of the imagination, the lock on the door wasn't even fully in tact, like someone had already busted through it at some point, the peep hole has tissue paper shoved in it, the communication from the host is terrible, and I'm positive every review on this listing, claiming this place is top notch, is forged or paid for. My friends and I (3 females) were there for a TOTAL of 15 minutes from the time we signed in on the sheet downstairs (for EVERYONE to see who was in what apartment AND what we drove...which is 100% SKETCHY) to the time we left and had already found somewhere else to stay. Our intuition kicked in real quick and told us to get out ASAP.On top of everything else, the host is extremely unprofessional in their communication skills. They KNOW this place is a joke and that was confirmed when I let them know we wouldn't be staying there and the only response was a question mark. Anyone who genuinely believed their place was legit would have responded with more interest in what the issue actually was and attempt to resolve it, but not this place. I have since reached out to the host again, with no response. The people where we ended up staying at explained to us that this place is not in the good part of town and it's definitely not safe to be out after dark.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Adequate, clean, secure space, in a good location downtown. That said, I would have appreciated knowing that the kitchen had coffee, filters, and creamer. Additionally, 10:00 a.m. check-out is on the early side. My request to extend it was denied, after asking twice. It was fine for a night and the view is pretty.

Very pleasant stay.

This is our second time staying here. Worked out great for the location to the event that were attending.

The AC situation for the bedroom sort of confused me, but I just opened the window a little bit.

I thought this property had central AC but it does not. There’s floor unit in the living room/bedroom area, but not in the private bedroom area. Hallways do not have AC either. However, although there’s only one unit in this apt, it kept us cool as long as we left the bedroom door open. The apartment was clean and comfortable, beds were clean & comfortable as well. Check in and check process was efficient and easy.

We loved being centrally located & on the top floor of the tallest building in town! There was ample parking, a fully stocked kitchen, & the mattresses were super comfy - a rare find in short-term rentals! For those with sensory needs: The AC is a little loud & in the living room area only, but the fans magically pull the cool air into the bedroom.

Room as clean, lots of room for price. On elevator don't work should have had an out of order sign. Would have preferred lower floor. I as assigns 15th floor. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Convenient location, good price, great kitchen and bedrooms.
