Newly Renovated Studio Condo! Sleeps 2, Steps to Asbury / Boardwalk!

The pictures shown are not accurate to where we stayed. The photo has a sink in the living area and where we stayed did not. There were ants on the floor. The shower had clumps of hair and did not look like it was cleaned at all. When I contacted the host, he told me he would send someone in the morning to clean it. No one ever came to clean it. There were stains on the comforter and floor. The stairs to the property were very wobbly. The one good thing was the location but parking was difficult as there is none on the property.

Overall it was a mid experience.

The room as a whole was nice and looked as the pictures showed. Unfortunately the room was very unclean, the floors were definitely dirty, and there were cobwebs everywhere. On the fan, nigh-stand, and ceiling. The entryway into the room was also suspicious. As you went through the door you were lead to a hallway with stairs in front, the room to the left, and the laundry room to the right. The stairs and laundry definitely looked shady at first and the people upstairs were loud and screaming till around 2am. Overall though the check in process, communication, and room itself was good. Just wished it was cleaned prior to our arrival.

Nice place for an overnight visit. We went fishing, checked in, showered, dinner, Somers point cigar bar, alittle TV before turning in. Room was clean and king bed was very comfortable. We will be back.

It was a good stay with a clean studio apartment for my wife and I. We were fortunate to get parking on street in front of rental. It would be nice to know where the free parking would be close by the next time.
