Stayed Apr 20, 2026Cute small apartment. The street was very noisy. The balcony a nice touch but the furnature was not very comfy. Because of a series of misfortunes, we wanted to alter our stay by one day. We checked to make sure the unit was available but we were told it wasn't within their policies to do so. I realize that they have policies for a reason, but maybe have a little compassion? All things considered, it was a nice stay.

Stayed May 13, 2026This was a very nice unit in a great location and had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive to an issue with the AC unit and it was repaired very promptly. The porch was a great feature; there is a bit of road noise.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Great location. Nice size for our stay. Easy checkin and check out. Excellent communication with the management. I'd recommend. I think the only issue (and my aunt didn't notice it so maybe it was just me) but it did have a slight off-smell. Maybe it was the air freshener? I'm not sure. But otherwise, it was a great spot. I'd recommend.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025The host was wonderful. Amazing communication and super easy check in and absolutely one of the easiest checkout processes I’ve ever encountered. Location was great. Everything was an easy walking distance and of course, being located next to the chocolate tree definitely had its perks. The only reason they get a four overall is because it was not conducive for gathering. There was not any common area, other than a literal, broken futon and two upright chairs. So when traveling with a family understand that there’s no place for the family to actually sit and gather comfortably. In addition, the floors were dirty. There were bugs on the floor and my white socks were dirty within 30 seconds of walking on the floor in my stocking feet. The bathrooms were updated and clean, and the kitchen was updated and clean. I would recommend the property as long as the renter understands the limited gathering space.
