Newly Renovated Madeira Beach Studio Cottage

Great location

Very convenient location, beach right across street, had a quiet pool. Dave our host was polite and was easy to talk to. Would stay again. Was clean but had odd smell of possible cleaner we bought some febreeze..Place was as pictured, small bathroom but shower was decent.

The property staff, all, were exceptionally above and beyond. Property and studio was exactly as descrbed. Great value.

Easy access to the beach. Bathroom was VERY small but functional. Resort manager, Dave Adams, was very helpful and accommodating and made our stay much nicer. Great pool and pool area. Used the gas grille a couple time which was convenient. Overall a good place to stay and beach it.

Nice older but well kept property. Dave was friendly and took care of us well.

The cottage was very nicely equipped with everything necessary for the week's stay. It is within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. We walked to miniature golf at Johns pass. The beach is just across the road which was convenient for morning, afternoons, and evening strolls on the beach. The host was helpful checking in and out. Overall, a very nice experience. I would definitely stay again.

This was an amazing place to stay, so clean and nice, updated furnishings. The pool looked very nice, weather not warm enough for me to get in the water (pool or beach). John responded very quickly to messages, arrival and departure were simple and easy. The location was a short walk to John’s Pass and to a family members house. I enjoyed getting the steps in. I would absolutely stay here again, my parents liked the place as well, so they will have a contact point the next time they visit this area. Lovely place John… well done!

John is a very helpful and understanding host! He was very accommodating in every way. The cottage is in a perfect place so close to the beach.

I booked my stay in advance, was so excited for myself and husband. 4 days before check-in I ended up sick in hospital for over a week. So instead of being heartbroken over losing my beach weekend, I looked at the bright side and was glad i recovered. So im sure this getaway would have been fabulous. Nothing bad to say about it ?

Would have been nice to have a toaster and a larger bathroom, but it was worth the dollars.

Cute little cottage resort. Great pool, friendly staff. A few things to make it a five. Check in/out times not as listed on VRBO. A bed skirt on the boxspring, extra pillows and more attention to dusting/fingerprint cleaning on cabinets. Otherwise a cute little cottage. Excellent couch, tv, wifi, kitchen supplies, towels, comfortable bed. Laundry facilities excellent.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean room, friendly neighbors and the property manager was wonderful and very available to our needs. The only negative would be the bathroom toilet placement. Very crowded by the sink placement. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!

The pool was nice, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Great overall value. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
