Stayed Jun 12, 2019Great location, convenient and quiet area. The property is stunning, newly renovated, and owner provides extra amenities, ie shampoo, hand towels, cooking utensils, frying pan, even coffee creamer and Keurig coffee choices. It's all the little details that really add up to an excellent stay and well cared for property for a homeaway from home experience. I will be recommending this place for family and friends visiting the Fairbanks area!!

Stayed Aug 4, 2018New renovations are tastefully done and the place is super comfortable. The location next to a busy road was not a noise issue as the apartment is tucked around the corner of the building. There were however, noise issues within the apartment. Something that sounded like the system for air (heating, cooling) for the entire building maybe located just beyond the bedroom wall that went on and off regularly. Other than that one complaint it was one of the nicest VRBO apartments we've stayed in.
