Stayed Jan 12, 2023First time to stay in this area. Mary met us on the porch since we arrived after dark. They gave us great suggestions for restaurants and beaches. The property was as described. We had a wonderful month there.

Stayed Feb 14, 2017Sugar Shack was a perfect rental for my husband and I for our visit to Sint Maarten. A beautiful location, quiet and the apartment was lovely and everything you need. The owners Mary & Derya were very gracious hosts and go above and beyond to accommodate you. Although this was our 5th trip to the island they gave us lots of addition information on places to visit, beaches and restaurants we have not been. I highly recommend this property to anyone who plans to visit the Island. We would definitely rent this again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Sugar Shack is a very clean and spacious apartment. Mary is a gracious hostess. Information packet was very informative and made our arrival an easy adventure. The apartment is in a beautiful gated community and good location for visiting beaches and restaurants. We look forward to visiting SXM in 2016.
