Stayed May 21, 2026The rental was a perfect location. Located on a quiet street in a small town, 3 minutes from a beach area, literally a hundred yards from a view of Lake Erie. A short drive to a larger town, Mentor, that had a variety of places to eat, and 15 min from The Headlands State Park and beach area. The rental is perfect for 1-4 people for a nice getaway. I loved the renovation done to the apartment, all high quality fixtures and smart modern appliances.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025We stayed at this beautifully renovated apartment for 5 days in July. The a/c unit worked well. The location is a short walk to Fairport Harbor Beach, and a few blocks to the main street. Sarah was prompt in her communication with any issues we had. We had some trouble getting in the unit when we first arrived, but this was resolved within an hour. We hope to stay here again when we visit family, it’s a wonderful place.

Getting between the door & vanity (to get in the bathroom) is not comfortable for a larger person or a pregnant person. Hostess is very available

Stayed Oct 18, 2024It was a great night of high school football and hanging around town. The apartment was perfect, just as described. The host was flexible with the check in time and the noon check out was nice. We did have to contact the host and her response was very quick!! I will definitely stay again!!
