Newly Remodeled Bungalow One Bedroom One Bath

Very nice little place to stay close to downtown. All the little extras like the makeup remover wipes, drinks in the fridge, bottle of wine and the snacks really were a amazing surprise. I hope to book again in a few months the next time I’m in Boise.

Host was readily available and helpful. Space was fabulously clean and cozy. Thoughtful and generous complimentary snacks and drinks. Quiet and comfortable spot.

We did meet the host, though we didn't need to - everything was ready for our arrival and the nuts and bolts were clearly communicated in the cover letter...she was nice, by the way, and we had a nice conversation when she took a break from gardening.

The lodging was in a perfect location to so many activities. And after long days walking, hiking, going to a festival at a park it was so nice to come back to relax on their comfy sectional. So quiet and peaceful. Comfy bed, very nice bathroom/shower and a kitchen fully appointed! Will definitely book again!!

I have stayed here many times while visiting my daughter in Boise. Walkable to downtown, comfortable and great hosts. Look forward to staying again my next visit.

Perfect if you are going to be spending most of your time downtown.

Our stay at Franklin Place was ideal. The apartment is super clean and comfortable with many nice welcoming touches. The location and neighborhood allowed us to walk safely at night to the Morrison Center at Boise State and other evenings to dinner downtown. Access to the foothill hiking trails are right out the door and the mountain road to Bogus Basin is just a few minutes away. We will definitely book again when visiting Boise. Thank you for delightful three night stay.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to downtown. We wanted to explore Boise, and we did it mostly on foot. Only one outing required a car, and that could have been walked too. We would definitely stay here again. The snacks, coffee, and wine were a nice touch, too.
