Newly remodeled apartment minutes to city

Very clean. Host was very friendly and helpful with any questions. Went to Irish heritage museum and other places. Easy drive to everywhere

Very quiet, safe neighborhood close to Mt Lookout,downtown and Riverbend but away from traffic. Highly recommend for one or two people

Adequate space, extremely quiet location, and equidistant from our venue and downtown Cincinnati! Our host was pleasant and friendly! Will recommend to friends as well as looking forward to staying again!!

The house was easy to find and we got to park in the driveway. We had a key to get in the side door and basement apartment. The kitchen had all we needed for our short stay. The shower was great! The best was sitting out on the deck in the morning and watching birds with our morning coffee.

This was the perfect place to stay. Wendy was great to communicate with. Location was excellent and the apartment was spotless! Our favorite part was the deck overlooking her lovely backyard and woods. Very private setting. We will definitely be back!

From the start, communication with Wendy was great and checking in was a breeze. Parking was easy, the location is super close to all that Cincinnati has to offer (stadiums, parks, museums, lot of foot options, bars, whatever you want to do, a short drive to the river). The unit was cozy, clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great pressure and was hot. Comfortable couch and ottoman with enough room for 2 people to lounge and watch TV or sit outside and take in the quiet, peaceful wooded view of the backyard. The full size fridge allowed us to store leftovers, snacks and eat-in breakfast/lunch. There was also plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, dishes and that sort of thing. It was well stocked. Our host, Wendy, went above and beyond, as I had a very painful issue with my neck happen right before we left. She called me the day after checking in to let me know about her sister who worked at a chiro office. While I wasn't pain-free during the vacation, I would have been ridiculously miserable during the trip without those daily chiro visits. I was able to manage the pain enough to enjoy the vacation. Wendy was a blessing to me in this time of need. She also loaned me her foam roller and neck massager, which made a big difference. I cannot thank her enough. We loved our time here and will definitely be back when we can enjoy her unit and the area more, pain-free. We would definitely recommend this unit and our lovely host was awesome to deal with. We also enjoyed the visits from Louie and the brief sightings of the other 2 pets.

This was a great property! The space was well appointed to maximize the space, and the furnishings were high quality. The deck and outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. Wendy was easy to communicate with and provided us with a safe, charming rental that is a short drive to downtown and other sites. We also had a visit from a couple of her pets, which helped us to not miss our dog too much! We would definitely recommend this rental.

The apartment was very clean and relaxing on the deck was absolutely wonderful. Close enough to downtown to be super convenient but far enough away to avoid the hassles. Walking distance to a number of eateries ranging from very fancy to super casual. it was all just perfect.
