Stayed Sep 25, 2025Perfect apartment for our needs - clean, kitchen had everything you would need and only a 10min bus to the centre, or a 20 min walk to the beach. Nice breakfast spots near by. The pool was closed due to the time of year we were there, but otherwise no complaints. Thank you Philipp for our stay!

Stayed Aug 21, 2025This place was well appointed and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was a nice bonus for the kids, although one would likely prefer to swim in the nearby beautiful beach. Location was excellent in a pleasant neighborhood near a nice playground and walkable to the beach. Many restaurants, cafes, and bakeries nearby. There were ample bus options to the center of town. Easy to communicate with the owners. This apartment is a great option for families that represents a reasonable balance of value and convenience.

Stayed May 21, 2023Great location, easy to walk to beach, great places for coffee and croissants, literally across the street and around the corner. Had a great week, we also drove from San Sebastián to Pamplona, Bilbao, Burgos, among many other stops!!!

Stayed Mar 24, 2023The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable in a very convenient location for bars, cafes and small convenience stores. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Bus service into the centre of San Sebastián is excellent. The taxi service is also very good. Denise, our host, was very helpful. All in all a brilliant place to stay.

Stayed Jun 24, 2022The property is set in a great location with easy access to the beautiful beach & old town, making it viable to walk or jump on the bus. The property is modern & clean and plenty of space having 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area if needed, easy access via stairs or lift to the 1st floor. It was also nice to have access to the communal pool, which was lovely and clean and good size. We all loved the property and enjoyed our stay.
