Stayed Feb 17, 2025Elevator system was a mess. I must have spent 3 hours of my trip waiting for the elevators. Otherwise the trip and the accommodations were great!

Stayed Jan 27, 2025The property is beautiful and the bldg amenities (pool and fitness) were great. The big problem with this building is the elevators during peak hours are awful. 15-25 mins to come down from your floor. Going up is not bad because all elevators make it to the lobby. Bldg employees were routinely using a key to express to wherever they wanted to go bypassing floors leaving you wondering if and when an elevator was ever going to come. This happened daily 930am - noon and during peak evening hours. It created anxiety if you had somewhere to be at a specific time.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024We had a wonderful stay with a family of 4 plus in-laws. Everything was as advertised, great value for the stay. Walking distance to Wal-Mart and convenience stores. Would definitely book this unit again.

Stayed Mar 15, 2024Pros: Place was beautiful. View breathtaking. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Nice pool. Close to beach. Activities - Movie night, outdoor games, tennis court, basketball court. Cons: make sure to look at the rental agreement before purchasing - parking is $40 per day; resort fee is $35 a day. Only person reserving can get into the unit. We had to transfer the payment to another family member because of this and were not told of an additional 10% fee because of this. And, the place wasn’t actually available for 2.5 hours after the time they said it would be - couldn’t get in on arrival day until 6:30 pm. The best they could do was credit us for half the fee. Communication with the management company who manages this unit (not VRBO) was very challenging and overall poor! The place really only comfortably accommodates 7 people. The kitchen was minimally stocked for cooking. If I were to book again, I would book direct at the Hyde Beach House, and not through Vrbo, or the management company for this unit (BW MIAMI).

Stayed Mar 28, 2023This location provided an ideal opportunity to our family to gather and enjoy one another’s company. Check-in process was seamless as was check-out. One disappointment was being unable to have an item left to be returned.
