The Koi House is a thoughtfully designed one-bedroom retreat inspired by Wynwood's vibrant art scene. Thespace features a comfortable queen bedroom with blackout curtains, a boutique-style living area centered around our signature Neon Koi lounge, and warm lighting throughout to create a relaxing atmosphere day or night.

The living room includes a king-size sofa bed, Smart TV, customizable accent lighting, and a custom feature wall, allowing guests to shift the mood from bright and energizing to warm and relaxed. Additional color-changing lighting in the hallway and living space enhances the artistic atmosphere after sunset.

The bedroom offers a second Smart TV, curated artwork, and cozy hotel-style bedding.

Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee station, dining area, complimentary toiletries, fast WiFi, free parking, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

HOUSE RULES
Check-in after 4 pm, checkout by 11 am. Max 4 guests. No smoking, no pets, no parties or events. Primary renter must be 18 or older. Children are welcome when staying with a parent or guardian. For guest safety, the property has smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and an exterior security camera.
