Stayed Sep 18, 2023Liked location. Beautiful view of bay side. The entry door has severe rot and a hole approx. 3/4 inches square at bottom of door-on-door handle side. Needs to be replaced or repaired. Sliding mirror doors in kitchen area, one of the doors was off the track. seeing this we decided not to use this area as a safety measure. Lock on patio door does not work. A piece of wood stock is used to secure door, probably not a solution for elderly guests who would have trouble bending over to secure or remove this piece of wood. Still a very nice place just need a little TLC!

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Really cute place to stay wasn’t expecting the zero privacy between the bedroom and the living room. I had my teenage son with me. Air conditioner did not work had trouble using the keypad lock on the door. It was really clean. It was easy to communicate with the owner.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024My expectations were higher for this stay. By waterfront it really meant backside of the bay and the view had to be seen from back patio doors at an angle. Overratdd and overpriced
