In the heart of Saint-Quay-Portrieux, the rental can accommodate 2 people in a 51m² space completely renovated and offering a bright and friendly space for a pleasant holiday.

Ideally located, this luxury apartment offers all the comfort necessary for lovers of the sea in search of rest and who wish to abandon their vehicle during their stay. All amenities (grocery store, bakery, doctors, pharmacists, cinema, La Poste ...) are within a radius of less than 100m and the largest beach in quinque (Casino Beach) is within walking distance in 5 minutes. You can enjoy a moment of idleness on the fine sand or, for the more athletic, nautical activities offered by our seaside resort. From the apartment, you can also quickly reach the famous customs trail (GR 34) which runs along the Brittany coast and which notably allows you to reach the port of Saint-Quay-Portrieux with magnificent panoramic views of the bay of Saint Brieuc. .

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the owners Marion and Erwan, who occupy the terraced house for rental. Always present when needed while being as discreet as possible so as not to harm your peace of mind, they will guide you on your visits to the region or advise you on local restaurants not to be missed!

Contemporary in style, this 51 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house, without lift. It consists of a corridor, a living room, an equipped kitchen / dining room, a bedroom, a shower room and a separate WC.

    The apparment is as nice as it is seen on the pictures. The host is very friendly and kind. Near to the apartment are two good bakeries (one old fashioned, one new style but equally fresh and of good quality) for any daily needs. And it´s just a few minutes walk to the beach or the port. We enjoyed our stay for 14 days very much. We can recommend this apartment for any couple who wants to have a relaxed time in Brittany.
