Stayed Mar 18, 2025We enjoyed a comfortable stay in this charming condo in a quiet complex. We loved the convenient beach access right across the street, yet still being near some really great restaurants and shops. Our host was helpful and responsive, and the property caretakers were so friendly. Thank you for a really great first visit to New Smyrna Beach!restaurants and shops.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025The Condo was clean and had a very “beach vibe”. Cute place for two people. It has only a Murphy bed, so a little work putting it up and down everyday! It was on the second floor right across fro the public beach and a nice crosswalk, which is well needed, it’s situated on a pretty busy road. The pool area was really nice and clean and well taken care of! Unfortunately it was too coo to use it, it is unheated.The storm door was broken when we got there, we were unable to pull it shut properly. We notified the owner. He seemed aware. It was a fine place to stay for 2 weeks!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband and I had a wonderful July 4th week here! The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. Just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Flagler Ave. I highly recommend staying here!
