New Smyrna Beach Condo

Welcome to Seas the Day in the Sea Woods community of New Smyrna Beach! We are less than 500 feet and a few minutes walk to the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean and the No-Drive Beach.
Our first floor condo is fully equipped and sleeps up to 7. The Sea Woods Community offers tennis courts, 3 swimming pools (one heated in cool seasons), pickleball courts, fitness center, cycling and jogging trails, saunas, and so many activities.
Beach equipment provided!

We are not generallyavailable onsite, but can always be reached via phone or text.

Wonderful neighborhood with tree lined streets providing much needed shade on those hot days!
A shopping center is within 1 mile and has restaurants, an ice cream shop, beach shop, and a Dollar General Market.

You won't be disappointed in our condo. we provide many personal and household amenities to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

You shouldn't need for anything in the fully equipped kitchen outside of your own food and beverages. If you do, please tell us. Any reasonable request will be accommodated as immediately as possible.

TVs are located in the living room and master bedroom. You will find board games, books, and playing cards for the times when you need a break from the beach, and plenty of beach equipment for those who can't get enough!

The living room features a pull out sofa - perfect for a couple of extra guests.

The dining area includes seating for six, and a bistro set is in the lanai area to enjoy your morning cup.

The washer and dryer are in the unit and fully available to you at no cost.

Drive-on beach is available via multiple access points, and the no-drive beach is a short walk from the home.

Cape Canaveral Sea Shore is a short drive, Kennedy Space Center is a 30 minute drive, and Orlando is about an hour. There are so many nearby attractions, it isn't possible to list them all!
