Nice place with a private entrance and garage in a quiet residential neighborhood, but still close to shopping malls and restaurants. The price was really good compared to similar places. I read a few reviews regarding issues with the hot water, but when I was there I didn't have any problems. The water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. I'm a light sleeper so I was concerned about the bed situation (not the greatest experience with other rentals) No problems with these beds, it was perfect for me.

We had a really nice stay. The unit was super clean and modern. It was perfect for us, with 2 adults in one bedroom and 2 kids in the other with double bunk beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive with my questions and request to turn down the heater at night as that is centrally controlled from the upstairs unit. Thank you!

This house was exactly as described. We stayed 5 nights and cooked 5 meals in the kitchen which was great to be able to do. The master bed was great. It was a great place for three of us to stay on a family vacation. There was very strong odor of air freshener and scented cleaning products. If you are a super smeller or allergies to fragrance, just be aware. We took the freshener out of the wall, but the smell lingered for days, even though we cooked every day. Not sure if it would bother most people, but I am a super smeller.

We had a good amount of space. Beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer is always convenient. The property is a great location. I would have appreciated a top sheet on the beds. The bathtub hadn’t been wiped clean because there was lots of lint on the top edges and there were crumbs left in the fridge. Overall had a good experience!

A very spacious, comfortable place to stay without all the guests feeling like they are on top of each other all the time. The kitchen was fully functional and the dining table large. It was easy to really live in this space like a real home.

Cleanliness of the space.Communications from the Host.There were a couple of odd things...I visited the end of February and there was a Christmas themed shower curtain. The refrigerator would also randomly beep like there was an error or something.

We loved having a garage to park our rental car. It snowed and it was so helpful not to have car outside. Plenty of space in the house. Super close to our family.

Central location near Bangerter, 215 and Jordan Landing. Most necessary items are provided. Nice to have garage and local hosts. Thanks for another enjoyable stay!

Everything was great! It looked clean and well taken care of. We had continuous contact with the host who checked in on us frequently and made sure everything was going well. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had no issues and it was in a neighborhood close to everything! We had a fantastic time!

It was nice and cleanly, the neighborhood was calm and honestly overall the trip was enjoyable.

We enjoyed having the freedom to visit family and have someplace to visit that was bigger than a hotel. With the patio furniture we were able to relax and watch kids play in the backyard.

Comfortable. Didn’t spend much time there. Had issues with inside temp and couldn’t adjust it. The host communicated that she changed it but it was still too hot to sleep comfortably.

Great little spot. Everything you would need to make it feel like home. Bbq, comfy beds and a nice living space.

It was a nice neighborhood, the place was clean and nice. There is an issue with the hot water. You can take about a 2 minute shower before water turns to cold. Try to reach out to host about it but got no response.

We liked our stay it was pretty, large and very clean. The kitchen was great and wonderfully stocked. The location is very central near freeways. Some of the negatives would be The hot water in the shower was on and off. The AC wouldn't work in all of the rooms. The main bedroom was really hot. I was disappointed in the bunkbed the top bunk wasn't very stable and it shook. We ended up only using the bottom bunk. Overall would love to stay again in the spring but not in the summer too hot and the shower would be too cold for the winter.

This is a nice property, we had an issue with hot water, but host was more than willing to try to correct. Neighborhood is very nice.

This was a decent place to stay while we were in town for a wedding in Highland. I appreciated the convenient location to shopping and other places we needed to go. The place is comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the Keurig with complementary coffee was so nice! A couple of issues we had were that the water was ice cold for almost every shower and the bunk beds are very wobbly and squeaky. If those issues can be resolved then I would recommend staying here.

I was very impressed it was very clean we got there an hour early and Annie let us go ahead and check in we had everything we needed. Thank you Annie and Jimmy for a very nice and affordable stay !!

It was a good place to stay overall. The space was very clean. It is mainly a place for younger family as there are stairs to climb and the second bedroom has bunk bed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

This is an adorable, very well put together place. It had everything that was needed (even coffee). It is a very relaxing atmosphere and the check in process was so easy. I was there solo and never once felt uncomfortable.If my travels take me back to Utah I would stay again.

We drove 300 mi Sunday to the home, stayed until Wednesday morning. Were able to take care of 8 medical appointments. Owner was great to deal with.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was clean and neat, with cute decor and a welcoming atmosphere! The host was very helpful in letting us check in early, making our life just a little easier.

The place was very clean. Our code didn’t work but owners quickly remedied the issue. We were given wrong information about parking which delayed our departure the second day. WiFi was wanky. Bunk beds VERY squeaky! Neighborhood a little rough.

Place was great except water pressure and hot water were hit or miss. The neighbors below had a blow out with yelling and screaming and breaking things scaring the young ones and on Sunday they had another party and were up until 1030 PM being loud. This may deter my future stay or others.

We loved the location, cleanliness, comfort, communication with the host and amenities.

We were in the SLC area for a tournament that had us playing at 5 different sites, and this property was a perfect, central home base. It is a comfortable neighborhood with immediate access to everything you need, and an easy, short commute to downtown SLC and surrounding areas. The host is kind and communication is excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place but hot water issues. If the people in the downstairs rental showered first, there was no hot water. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get to.

The house was in a convenient locations to the ski resorts, had comfortable clean beds/bedrooms and a nice kitchen. I’d definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Good communication and a very easy check-in and check-out process. The kitchen is well-stocked. If there are tenants in the lower space, just know that you can hear almost everything…including muffled conversations and snoring. Maybe earplugs or a white noise machine would help.

We enjoyed our 11 nights at this home. Fit our needs for Christmas and had a second bedroom so the granddaughters could spend the night before Christmas. Well stocked and clean. Had a two car garage which is nice , especially in the winter! No live TV but lots of streaming options. House is nice but in a bit of a rundown area. We felt completely safe. Landlord responded to our questions and even checked in on us during the stay. Would highly recommend this home which is centrally located In the Salt Lake Valley.

When we arrived the bathroom tub was still dirty with pubic hairs all throughout the tub. I had to clean it myself. There were also dirty towels left in one of the bedroom closets. I luckily received my cleaning fee refund. The owners rent out the basement out and the person downstairs was very loud at all times of the day constantly screaming on the phone.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the property, and the kitchen is well-appointed (better than 90% of rentals I've stayed in), though I was not able to find a cutting board. Few VRBOs have king size beds, so that was a major perk, and it was a very comfortable bed--not too firm or too soft. We ended up using throw pillows from the beds for our kids to sleep on since we did not find enough pillows for everyone, but it worked out. The bunk bed is incredibly creaky when someone is sleeping on the top bunk, so we did have to move the mattress down so our kids could sleep. Also, we were surprised to find that we were not given control over the thermostat, and it was a bit warm during the night. I'm assuming this is because there are tenants downstairs. We did not see the playground that is mentioned in the listing, but our kids did enjoy running around the backyard to get some energy out. Overall, I recommend it as a great home away from home , and you will be hard-pressed to find a more affordable, clean, and family friendly place with close access to the interstates.

Visited SLC for several days including a concert. Check in process was very easy. Property is exactly how it is presented in photos. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Neighborhood is a little older and was very quiet. We rented a car and were able to park in either the driveway or the detached garage. Communication was prompt. Would definitely recommend!

Clean house , easy access to downtown SLC

House was perfect for what we needed. Nice location to get around. Clean and comfortable.

The interior of unit was great with lots of supplies and very clean. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was unsettling but appreciated the garage to park our vehicle.

This upstairs home/apt. is simple but had what we needed for a very brief stay in the area while we attended to family matters

Clean, well stocked home, had everything we needed. Couldn't hear the other renters staying below us, plenty of space and parking. Only complaint was that it took a long time to cool down the house, temp was set to 75 when we arrived.

Location is nice and this is house was clean and easy to get to from the airport. My biggest pet peeve was the fact that I requested a later check out to which the host responded that they would let me know if that was okay. Waited until 10:45pm the night before to respond and then had me take garbage out and start dishes. I paid over $750 to then have to clean the Vrbo I rented. The AC is nice when it works but it struggles because all of the windows are 70’s single pane glass. Maybe don’t put a cheap arcade machine from Walmart in there and install energy efficient windows.
