This newly constructed four-unit complex serves as the perfect gateway to adventure with Zion National Park, picturesque, and verdant golf courses just away.

This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven is our premier unit with a private balcony with breathtaking views of Heritage Park and the vibrant cityscape of downtown Hurricane (and the best people watching around).

Inside, enjoy modern comforts of a large, open concept kitchen and living area made for relaxing including fast Wi-Fi and a big screen TV. Rise and shine to a hot cup of complimentary coffee or tea.

Independently climate controlled main living area and bedrooms to ensure maximum comfort. The master suite is complete with a brand-new queen-sized bed, large master bath with large walk-in shower, stocked with toiletries and luxury towels. The second bedroom has an attached full bath and can be configured with either two twin XL beds, or one king size bed (please specify which configuration at time of booking, otherwise will be set up as two beds. Conversion not available for one night stays).

The entryway offers a large mud area to store all of your belongings, as well as an oversized washer/dryer.
