Very cool space. Immediate area is sparse. But a quick walk or drive and tons to see and do.

The new updates in this loft were amazing. The flooring was beautiful and I see why it’s pet friendly which made me really happy for a return visit with our dog. The lighting and the bathroom were perfect. I fell in love with that bidet toilet and am presently bugging my husband to install us one. Thank you.

The location was great and the host was very helpful when we had confusion about the code to access our unit. The only down side was there is an event venue across the street so for a few nights of our stay the noise from the venue disrupted our sleep. The front entry door was almost always green lit meaning you did not have to have the security code to enter the building.

Loved staying at this loft. It was perfect. So much better than staying at a hotel and much more affordable. I loved it. They have such cool amenities. Like a bathroom with a fancy toilet bidet :) and a mini kitchen with everything you need! The location is also excellent! close to CMU, and downtown, and all the great spots in Pittsburgh. Really appreciated the responsiveness of Kevin as well.

The description of this lodging was accurate in regards to the room and the amenities offered by the facility. It is a very modern and well appointed room. However, there was a lot of activity on the street as there is a restaurant next door and demolition/construction also taking place on the lot a couple of spaces down. I know these are out of the owners control. Here are my complaints that are fixable:1) there was no outlet or nightstand by the bed to charge your phone or turn out the lights.2) the carpet in the room needs cleaning 3) the pillows are dingy, flimsy, smelly and in need of replacing

I highly recommend this host. They were very accommodating when I had to ask if my college age daughter could stay with us bc her dorm wasn’t ready. I will be using them again in the future

Great place for adults. Definitely a lot of noise on the street when we were going to sleep. Perfect for 2, maybe not for more. Very modern. Garage is above the rooms and there is not an elevator. Manageable because one of the entrances is street level, but probably better to know before you park. Henry was helpful. If you have an electric car there is a charger. That was very convenient for us. Highly recommend!
