Henry was prompt in answering questions. There is a great garage to park in with EV chargers. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go to spend time with our son at Pitt during family weekend. We would definitely stay there again. The fancy commode with the heated seat was an added benefit, and we loved the history of Luna Park on the walls in the hallway.

I had a great experience at this loft. Very clean, quiet, and cozy. I had a few question leading right up to stay, and all my questions were answered very quickly, which is a big plus in my book. Overall, I would recommend this place and would(will) stay there again.

At first glance the location seemed questionable, on a street with warehouses and light industry. But this converted warehouse space was quiet and safe, and we found very close street parking (the owner does offer garage parking at a cost). Very minimalist modern interior but with everything you need (plus gratis Keurig coffee and a really nice bathroom). It was walkable to a really good restaurant within a few blocks, plus there is a CVS very close.

Pitt student parents visiting for parents weekend. Wonderful studio apartment in a great location close to campus. Clean, modern, and new. Few hiccups upon check in (never received code to enter suite, fridge unplugged for some reason, no WiFi code displayed anywhere). Host Henry was fortunately on-site and quickly took care of all of the above. The key lock security systems to enter the rooms were frustrating. Overall, would definitely book again, enjoyed our stay.

Perfect communication, clear access, and a great location for where we needed to be. Really cool epoxied I concrete floors made it easy to have our dog with us, and modern fresh new bathroom with lighted mirrors, and the fanciest heated toilet seat/bidet/dryer business we’ve ever seen. Who knew we would leave a two-night stay NEEDING a heated toilet seat for home?! Great spot, nice and clean.

This vrbo was clean, amazing shower!, great fridge (large) and location - close to food, coffee, upmc etc. enough plates and utensils for our minimal needs. Good price. Responsive, friendly and accommodating host. We had some downtime after checkout before we needed to leave and the host allowed us to stay in the room an extra hour after check out and his cleaning team kept offering us water and ice cream!

We are Pitt parents who spent a couple days with our student. The property had everything we wanted: comfortable bed, clean and well-stocked bathroom (shampoo, hair dryer, towels), refrigerator, Keurig, private garage (worth the fee in our opinion), and a comfortable couch. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The property was clean and quiet, with minimal outside street noise. Would stay here again.
