New cute clean 4plex w/game rm, centrally located between North Pole & Fairbanks

It looks like the pictures in the listing and matches the description. It was a great, clean place to stay, next to many popular places to visit nearby, and was a perfect option for a family of 5 for 6 days. There was a lot of stuff there that we could use that we appreciated. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Fairbanks or nearby areas.

I really appreciated directions with photos and the supplies left by the owner to make our stay comfortable and so very enjoyable.

Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The place was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. Would highly recommend!!

Not knowing anything about the area, we were very pleased with the accommodations, the location, and the easy access to everything we wanted to do. The property was clean and well furnished with toiletry items, coffee, snacks, and kitchen supplies/appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite having neighbors, the property was quiet and private.

The entire house is so comfy and lovely and house appliances are provided that meet daily use. highly recommended

Great house with plenty of room for family. The location for us was perfect. Close to North Pole and not far from Fairbanks. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was clean and good communication with the owner. Having a pool table was fun to chill out after a busy day out.

I would’ve loved to give this unit 5 stars, it was a beautiful unit, great location to stand outside and watch the Northern lights, only 15 minutes from all the stores, had everything you need, from laundry detergent, to spices, but it wasn’t clean. Nothing was even wiped down; there was hair everywhere (bathtub, all over shower curtain, sinks, floors, sheets) and when I stripped the bed when leaving, I couldn’t believe the amount of hair on the mattress pad, it was bad. So other than the lack of cleanliness, the unit was great.

Had a great stay in Badger - close to North Pole and not too far from Fairbanks, proper. Condo was perfect. Pool table in garage was great pastime on cold evening. Perfect for our family. Thank you for sharing your home.

Our stay was great. Convenient location, great communications with host, well stocked and very comfortable. Felt completely safe in the area as well. The host was very accommodating to our late check out as well. Definitely recommend!

We loved this place! It was very warm and welcoming and had lots of extras like coffee and snacks. The owners were very responive when we had trouble with the heating system, we wohere again.

Came to Fairbanks to see the northern lights but the clouds did not cooperate. Nevertheless, our stay here was a good one. Great location to food and shopping.

Great location between North Pole and Fairbanks, and lucky for us, a 5 min walk to family. The unit is very clean, super cute and has all the amenities. Owner is reliable and quick to reply to any questions. Will be sharing this rental with other family as well!

My Brother and Sister In Law along with anothr couple came to visit Alaska, They wanted to visit the Santa Clause House and Chena Hot Springs. This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in the area. One of our favorite rentals for their visit. Close to shopping and food
