New Condo near Beautiful Downtown Ann Arbor

Modern, clean apt. It is not within walking distance of UofM or downtown, but it is an easy drive.

The space was great, all the amenities you need. Even provided snacks and coffee, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The property was a great and so comfortable for a group of 4.

Everything was great! The only thing we had trouble with was the TV. The remote that they had did not actually work for the tv. Also, they had a super small garbage can and no trash bags.

Everything was fine. But two beds are not comfortable and made noise too much.

The condo was in great condition and everything seemed almost brand new. Lots of amenities and we appreciated the treats that the kids enjoyed. Gas station, park, convenience store and several places to eat right across the street. The walls and ceiling were impressively sound proof; we didn't hear a single peep the entire trip. Would highly recommend for the price!

Great property! Was really nice for our family of 4. Really nice having washer dryer in unit and full kitchen. Only areas of improvement would be more comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and a better dryer. That would have made it perfect!

The host was very welcoming, accomodating and helpful. The condo was a great option for us post surgery and fully ADA compliant. It is ideally located close to medical facilities.

This place was exactly as described. The host was on top of things, making parking and check-in simple. The condo was clean and well appointed. The location is convenient. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Ann Arbor.

This is an excellent accommodation and we highly recommend it. We felt very comfortable in the clean and well-equipped apartment and it was in a perfect location to access our family gathering. We appreciated the responsive and helpful host communication during and after booking.

The property was excellent but we weren’t used to road noise and we found it hard to get a good nights sleep.

This is a great spot that is far away enough from down town Ann Arbor to be quieter but close enough to be just a few minutes away from anything you'd need. It is thoughtfully stocked, spacious and clean. The washer/dryer make it easy to pack light. The beds are comfortable. This is a great spot for anyone looking to visit Ann Arbor.

Perfect location for University and for golfing.

Very nice, clean condo with easy access to downtown Ann Arbor. Nice neighborhood too. The extra amenities were a nice touch. Next trip to A2, we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The apartment had plenty of toiletries, towels, and even laundry detergent. The host was very accommodating and gave us a late checkout on Sunday which was much appreciated!

We really loved this condo. The pictures show two twin beds in one of the bedrooms which would have been perfect for my two kids. When we arrived, there was a double bed in each bedroom. My son ended up sleeping on the couch in lieu of sleeping in the same bed as his sister. Other than that we loved it.

We were in Ann Arbor for a University of Michigan Campus tour. So, we were looking for something functional and affordable for a two night stay. This condo was perfect. It was super clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was about 2 miles from downtown Ann Arbor and 3 miles from campus. Best part - the property manager/owner texted me with all the relevant details a couple days before our arrival, was immediately responsive, and very accomodating to a couple special requests. We will likely be revisiting Ann Arbor frequently and we won't even need to look - just rebook.

Perfect location for our trip to a game at the Big House.

We were on a one week business trip and this apartment gave us way more privacy than staying in a hotel. Because of the location I would not really recommend it to tourists.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient, a short drive into town and easy access to highways. The condo is very well stocked with linens and supplies for the kitchen and bath. The beds are comfortable. I use a wheelchair and was impressed with the accessibility. I had no problem getting into the building or the unit. Inside, there is plenty of space to maneuver. The floors are materials that are easy to roll on. The bathroom has plenty of grab bars as well as open space below the sink so that you can get close enough to use it comfortably. My only suggestion for improving accessibility would be to have a shower chair available. Overall, this place was way better than a lot of the so-called accessible hotel rooms I have stayed in. I would happily stay here again.

Modern. Great size bathroom! Cons: Lock box difficult. Traffic noise at night. Some surfaces shop worn by guests. Bedding comforters were thin. Bathroom well stocked. Decent coffee maker. Question: Why were 4 ant traps on the floor?

Ice and clean, good location for where we need to be for the week.
