Welcome to Miranda's Guesthouse a private remodeled 1-bedroom Guest House apt in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Valley Village. 5 miles to Universal Studios, Hollywood Bowl or 7.5 miles to the Sunset Strip or shopping til you drop on Rodeo Drive or check out celebrity homes in Beverly Hills or Bel Air. Also Malibu or Santa Monica beach is about a 45 min drive away.

** No access to mailbox or any mail sent to this property is permitted. Delivery and packages are OK. We require separate Security Deposit and Rental Agreement for stays over 30 days and offer month to month agreements.



Luggage drop-off is permitted outside by front door. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any personal belongings left in this area. Guest must be pre-approved or pre-arranged first before doing this.



HOUSE RULES:



It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA.. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.



* Minimum age to book is 21 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult Guests.



* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.



MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 2 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. ** All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved**.



The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. Occupants includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.



A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.



NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.



CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

    The apartment was spotless and comfortable. We recommend a hand rail is added to the front entrance stairs. We are an older couple and they were difficult especially at night.

    Location was perfect for my work commute and absolutely loved how cozy the rental was for one person. Danny and Lilly were incredibly responsible and helped with everything I needed. Neighbors were courteous and no one parked directly in front of the entrance to the unit which was much appreciated.

    Had an amazing relaxing stay. Very cozy with all new beautiful amenities. It was just enough space for one person. The kitchen was really nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. It was very quiet and peaceful to sleep. The AC unit worked perfectly, kept the unit the right temperature. The only issue was sometimes the WiFi had a weak connection and the TV wouldn’t connect to the internet. Would defiantly stay there again. Owner is very sweet and nice in the main house.

    perfect solo retreat, property management is on top of all communication and the process of checkin in and out was painless! Would recommend if you need a retreat a little away from all the buzz. I am a writer so it was perfect for me. The neighborhood is quiet but doesn’t have much going on either.
