Stayed May 24, 2025This a great find for affordable, clean and secure lodging in the heart of Jaco. Just 25 meters from the beach, this apartment is easily walkable to shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. It’s the size of a smallish hotel room that appears newly renovated. This a busy area so noise could be an issue, although they have thoughtfully included foam ear plugs.

Stayed Jul 9, 2023Steps from the beach. This makes it very easy to go back and forth to the room from the beach. The manager is very nice and friendly. Hot water in the showers. And half a block to the main street for restaurants and shopping.

Stayed Dec 3, 2025Great spot. 30 second walk to the beach. Centrally located down town is perfect for what I was looking for. The room was exactly as described. Everything was newer and updated, private and quiet. I arrived late due to heavy traffic and the host Lauren made sure I was all set. Very accommodating and friendly, with easy communication. Made my stay easy. I would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you.

Stayed Feb 10, 2024I came for two weeks to work remotely and then vacation. This property is amazing. Everything about it was perfect ..the room ..the staff and the little bar restaurant out front. I would finish work and walk steps to surf. Amazing property and staff!!
