La Forêt Blanche Agency offers this beautiful new 82 m² apartment, ideally located at the foot of the slopes. Simply cross the road to reach the ski lifts and the snow front! Accommodating up to 7 guests, it is perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with friends.
Please note: a restaurant is located directly above the apartment, so some noise may be heard, especially in the evenings. As the apartment is brand new, a few finishing touches are still being completed to make it even more comfortable.
The apartment features a first bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a dressing area and a private shower room with toilet. The second bedroom also has a 140 cm double bed and its own private shower room. The third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed consisting of a 140 cm double bed on the lower level and a 90 cm single bed on the upper level. A third shared shower room and a separate second toilet are also available.
The living area is divided into two spaces: a comfortable lounge with a sofa, TV and direct access to the terrace with beautiful mountain views, and an open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, hand blender, raclette grill, fondue set and everything you need for cooking. An extension lead is also available for convivial meals around the table. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs so you can fully enjoy the mountain scenery.
