Great apartment, clean, and elevator to lift luggage, good location. Nearby campo di fiori was wonderful but extremely noisy at night. Car alarms, bar noise, etc well into the wee hours. Host was helpful and available when we had questions.

This property was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked. The property manager was quick to respond and made staying in touch and check in very easy. It is in a great location with access to fresh food markets, restaurants, and shopping, all within walking distance. I will definetly book again when in Roma.

It's hard for me to review this place b/c we really had a great experience with the logistics, the apartment is beautiful and the host was so good to us, he helped me during the train strike and when we didn't have ID for our local tour, and we loved our location - BUT, talk to the hosts about the status of local construction, b/c for us they were pounding on the walls at 7AM.

We loved the location and the space. It was great for our family of 4, including 2 teens. The air conditioners worked great and were such a nice break from the summer heat in Rome. Great communication with host. He was very accommodating and helped us set up a car service to/from the airport. Would definitely stay again!

I cannot speak highly enough about this property and the host Enriko! The apartment was very clean and perfect sized for 4 people. The kitchen had plenty of utensils for cooking, the living spaces were comfortable, and the AC kept us nice and cool. The apartment was right in the heart of Campo Di Fiori, with numerous restaurants, shops, and bus stops and taxi near by. It was a very convenient location for our trip, with the Colosseum and Vatican City only a mile away. This review would not be complete if I didn’t give a shoutout to Enriko, the awesome host for the property. He helped arrange transport to pick us from the airport as well as to the port of Civitavecchia for our scheduled cruise. Enriko was a gracious host who was easy to reach anytime we needed him. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location right in the heart of Rome!

The apartment is small but clean. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed ok and had most of what you would need to get buy. Check in was easy. We were met when we arrived and shown up to the apartment. The host was very receptive and replied quickly to messages. The biggest and worst problem was the noise. It is in a very central location right by the market, shops and bars. This is great during the day but at night the noise is terrible. It is nearly impossible to sleep with the sounds of people dumping trashcans full of bottles, people talking, motorcycles etc. It sounded like people were literally in the next room. It was so bad we considered leaving and staying someplace else. Luckily we both had noise cancelling headphones and ended up sleeping with them on. That is the only way we survived. This and this alone is the only reason I wouldn’t stay here again. And we weren’t even here in “busy season”. I would have given this a much better location score if it wasn’t so loud. If you are even the slightest bit of a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. If you are a heavier sleeper, you’ll do ok.

Lots of positives to say but will be brief:Location is central to all of Rome’s sights and Campo di Fiori. Walk 500 feet and you have your choice of solid restaurants, bars, and coffee!Public transportation is a bit of a walk but accessible. Very comfy stay and would stay there again. Host is very communicative and helpful!

Small apartment in the center of Rome. Perfect location to see the city. Highly recommend this apartment and our host was the best. I hope to stay there again. One word of caution, Campo de Fiori is a busy place and there is some noise at night. It wasn’t a problem for us but, if you are a light sleeper some earplugs will help.

This was a great place to stay in Rome. Not only was the location great - right next to a Camp De Fiori - which is a bustling marketplace during the day and a bustling piazza lined with restaurants by night - but the host - Enrico was outstanding. He had someone meet us when we arrived to give us the overview. He also arranged transportation the day we left to the airport. Which was very helpful since the unit is not close to subway lines. The shower was clean and nice - it was the best one during our trip. We didn't use the kitchen - but it was clean and had everything you need. The bedrooms were great and we had a family of 5 and my son slept in the pullout bed - which was all set when we arrived. A/C worked great and you are a 10 minute walk to the Pantheon and 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. There are plenty of breakfast places within 5 minutes as well as many restaurants outside of the piazzas. Very close to the Trastavere neighborhood as well - 10-12 minutes. I would highly recommend this unit. Thank you again, Enrico, for the great place and hospitality - especially coordinating the ride to the airport - that was very convenient and helpful.

Enriko was fantastic with communication and extra help navigating Rome! This was vital to a smooth check-in and check-out as well as important tips on dining and navigating the area. The location is right in the heart of the city with the ability to step right into the market and food offerings in Campo de' Fiori. This can be a bit overwhelming in the evenings, but we were never without delicious snacks or drinks! We were able to explore widely with our daily travels over 4 days stay taking us from Piazza di Spagna to the Colosseum to the Vatican, all accessed on foot. Some walks were lengthier, but there was no better way to find some wonderful shops and experiences en route! Grazie mille, Enriko!

We loved everything about our stay. Enrico is the quintessential host. He was so responsive and helpful. The location is perfect and the unit is a great space. We felt like we had a local experience with all the comforts of home! The only note is that there is a bar on the same street as the unit and it can be lively (loud) at night. That being said, we would definitely stay here again!
