Awesome location , lots of room , comfortable beds and pillows .. nice having 4 separate rooms and bathrooms … communication was great no issues would stay again !!

Ah, where to start? #1 would be that the apartments are exactly as pictured and had everything our family needed for our stay that was 6 days long. Wonderful location close to restaurants and shops and easy parking. We had excellent communication with the owner with easy, detailed instructions for checking in and out. Clean, beautiful and spacious accommodations. Just lovely! Definitely deserves a 5 star rating Also a terrific value cost wise! So, highly recommend and I truly hope we can stay here again next time we are in town.Thank you to our wonderful host!!

Great location! It was a little inconvenient to move between the two adjoining units as it involved using the door code. Overall the place was nice, but the shower in the upstairs main bedroom was difficult to operate—could not get hot water to work and the shower head was broken so the water sprayed over the top of it. Some ants in that bathroom as well. They are no longer listing on VRBO, so the communication was difficult. Had to reach out to the property via VRBO to get them to respond.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. We’re former area residents who moved out of state and decided to book a long trip back to see friends, eat all the good food, and enjoy extended time in Chicago. The location is unbeatable is you’re looking to be in Wicker Park or near Ukrainian Village, Bucktown, and West Town in general. The backyard and off-street parking was clutch. The units themselves were great. I believe the listing says there are 2 king beds, but there’s only 1 (in the second floor unit). That’s all we needed so it wasn’t an issue. The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve had at a rental which was much appreciated with such a long stay. The kitchens have pretty much everything you need though items migrate from unit to unit. So if you’re missing something, check the other kitchen and it’s likely there. The internal stairs from the first to second floor are pretty steep and narrow. They likely would be very difficult for someone with mobility issues to navigate. Not a critique but a heads up for potential guests. Host was very responsive to questions while staying there which is greatly appreciative. We loved our stay here and hope to book again in the spring.

A very spacious, clean and comfortable stay for us. Loved the area - plenty of bars, cafes and fabulous restaurants close by. There were 6 of us and we loved the key pads instead of keys for the coming and going. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

We had a marvelous weekend. The home was beautiful and spacious and the host was most accommodating! We highly recommend this property!

This was a perfect property for my husband and I along with three adult family members. It allowed the extended family to have their private upstairs space and for us to have our space downstairs. Upstairs had a king bed and queen and the first floor had two queen beds. Both spaces had full kitchens and 2 baths. The location was wonderful being close to a variety of restaurants and bars and the train was a short 10 minute walk. Given we were in town for our son’s wedding at The Homestead on the Roof in the West End neighborhood, the location was perfect. When an Uber did not arrive as planned, family members actually walked to the venue. It was an easy half-mile walk and all felt totally safe. Given the challenge of parking in many parts of the city, it was great to be able to park our car in the garage and easily get to our desired destinations. We enjoyed the back deck area as a place to relax!

The neighborhood is quiet, but with a couple steps, you have restaurants and shops. It was very convenient for us while we’re in Chicago. The carport was so very welcomed. The house was very clean, and if I had any questions, host answered right away!I didnt anticipate the size of the space (in a good way). We stayed with 2 families, and it was perfect for privacy, and also able to hang out. If ever in town again, I would rebook this

The house was beautiful and very clean. The location was absolutely perfect. Our adult children really enjoyed the easy access to shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent. We would happily stay here again.

This well appointed property is located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Property is very spacious. Nice perk was off street parking. Owner was easy to contact and prompt to respond.

Property was everything we expected. Since it was fairly new, some kitchen and dinner ware were not well stocked but overall, great properties, clean, easy to get in and out and communication with the owner was very efficient.
