New 3-Story Luxury Stay by City Park & Aggieville

Floor-to-ceiling windows, warm wood, and three stories of design-forward living, caddy corner from City Park and a two blocks to Aggieville. Mornings start at the quartz island under glowing pendants. Afternoons drift between the park and the leather sofa. Nights end in a king bed with the treetops outside. Two kings, a queen, 2.5 baths, a dedicated workspace, and on-site parking. Game day, graduation, or a weekend away: this is Manhattan done in luxury.

Step inside and the house opensup around you. Light pours through the three story light well, and a sculptural open staircase rises through the the home, all three stories of it.

The kitchen is built for gathering: a long quartz island with seating for 3, custom wood cabinetry, open shelving glowing with under-cabinet light, and everything you need to cook a real meal. Grab coffee at the bar, or settle into the round dining nook by the window.

The living room is where you`ll land. Sink into the cognac leather sofa, kick your feet up on the green velvet ottoman, and take in the custom built-in wall of shelves framing the TV. Every piece was chosen with intention, down to the lamps.

Upstairs, the bedrooms feel like a boutique hotel. You`ll find two king suites and a queen room, with sage-green accent walls, soft layered bedding, velvet seating, and walls of windows looking out over the treetops. The bathrooms carry the same calm: walk-in showers with rainfall heads, matte black fixtures, and clean white tile.

Need to work A dedicated desk space with a monitor keeps you productive without sacrificing the view.

Step out onto the balcony, framed in dark timber, for fresh air and a look at the neighborhood`s historic architecture.

Then walk out the door. City Park is right across the street, and Aggieville`s restaurants, bars, and shops are just a short walk away. Park on site and leave the car for the weekend.

While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
Guests are to obey quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00AM.

No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for on reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.

No smoking/vaping/marijuana inside the unit or building. You may smoke outside on the patio.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $30 for every half hour they have not checked out.

No Glitter, Confetti, Silly String or similar items used in house or on property.

Please only flush toilet paper; all other items—including `flushable` wipes, paper towels, and feminine products—must go in the trash. Other items flushed that result in requiring a plumber will be billed to the guest.
