Stayed Mar 8, 2023The staff was so helpful. The elevator was problematic at times. I'm glad we were on the 5th floor.

Stayed Feb 12, 2023Not as clean as a hotel, floors were a bit dirty, sofa was extremely dirty/stained, sink stopped up a few times. there was lipstick/makeup stain underneath the comforter. We complained and they told us to call house keeping, house keeping absolutely does not pick up at all. A bit noisy, walls are very thin. Great location and views

Stayed Dec 23, 2022There are many issues with this property. It is falsely advertised at VRBO. When we arrived at the proporty, we found out that it is a part of resort and they charge $100/day resort fee and parking. There is no option and this is listed free on VRBO. Host are not responsive. First day, bedroom lights did not work and heater/Ac did not work. Host did not respond for 6 hours and it was not fixed till next day. Overall, it was clean place but I recommend to check carefully before getting this place. Host and VRBO are not taking any responsibility.

Stayed Aug 11, 2022My Husband and i enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property. It was conveniently located by restaurants, shopping and close to freeways. The Valet was top notch and a very courteous staff. There are a few small amenities that would make some things more convenient for the guests. Overall....yess I would stay here again and will highly recommend this place.
