New 2 bedroom in heart of Downtown. Perfect location, Steps to North Beach!

we loved the rooftop grotto area. property is in an excellent location - literally right next door to the best burgers we've Ever had. Isla Burger rocks! can't wait to stay with y'all again!

I would definitely recommend this place is located in a great spot. Everything is walking distance, everyone was great and really nice to us. Customer services was great. Great location, and great communication. A Miriam is a really nice helpful lady.

Our host Miriam was awesome! She communicated prior to our arrival and was very responsive to us and even provided us with an iron when we requested one. She was friendly and helpful with recommendations and with getting a few items fixed on the property that were damaged when we arrived, including the toilet seat. The property is in the IDEAL spot. It is steps away from playa centro and short walks away from both the ferry and playa norte. Anything you need is literally 3-5 minutes away. It also has a nice balcony for people watching on the second floor where we stayed. The best thing about this property is its location...on the flip side, I really wish the owner would do some updates on the property to make it more modernized and esthetically pleasing. It could use a good coat of paint, some updated furniture and window dressings. It is just a bit drab, but we didn't spend too much time inside so it wasn't that big an issue. Just more pride in ownership would be great. Overall recommend this cute little condo.

We enjoyed our stay. I loved being in town and close to all the restaurants, vendors, and Norte Beach. Miriam was a great host. We will be back!

This property has a lot of potential. With a few upgrades and changes it could be great. Location is great and property is secure.

Clean rooms, spacious, close to many things.

This was my 5th trip to the island, which I absolutely love and will return to again soon — unfortunately, I won’t be staying here next time.The location is truly prime. You can walk almost anywhere within minutes, and the surrounding properties are well cared for. With some TLC and proper cleaning, this place could really shine.However, the condition of the apartment was very disappointing. It is not new and feels quite dated and in disrepair. The entry area was very dirty, and overall the unit felt unclean. The kitchen had dirty dishes upon arrival. The ceiling fans were rusted and looked disgusting. The shower sprayed awkwardly, the drain was gross, and there were multiple missing tiles in the bathroom.The listing mentions a private balcony, but it is actually shared. There was also no sliding door handle on the outside, making it difficult to open and close. One bedroom had no blanket, and I had to request one twice. There was no bath mat in one bathroom, and the one provided was the size of a hand towel.The furniture did not match the description. It advertises a full futon suitable for two people, but instead there is a wooden sofa with a very thin pad. The listing states there are four kitchen chairs, but there are only two chairs and two wooden counter stools. The beds have very uncomfortable pillows.There were bugs, which I understand can happen in a tropical climate, so I can overlook that. The location is great right downtown and close to many great bars and restaurants and no too far from the beach. I booked last minute and was traveling but they went above and beyond to communicate with me.

Great location. Easy walk to North Beach. Lots or great restaurants and shops right nearby too. Host's directions were extremely precise and helpful. Nice to have potable water and AC provided in unit.

Amazing location to EVERYTHING, 3 blocks walk from the ferry terminal no need for a taxi. Accommodations was nice with a lovely terrace where you can sit a watch all the active action on the street. Will definitely stay at the location again

Property describes a hot tube , according to Miriam that apartment does not have a hot tub, but asked for permission from the owner to use the small pool on roof level that claimed only the house on third floor could use, we didn’t feel so welcomed.

The apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything. There was enough space for us with our two sons. The photos on the listing are old photos so the exterior and some of the furniture is different. A couple of small improvements would be more comfortable indoor and outdoor sofas and some new pillows. The owner was very responsive. Miriam, the caretaker, was willing to meet a grocery delivery service prior to our arrival on Christmas Eve, eliminating some stress for us. One big bonus is purified water that is included. It was so nice not to have to be constantly buying bottles of water!

We loved the little villa although we felt it was a bit overpriced at 200/per night with fees.

Nice tucked away vrbo, super great location. Place was very clean and accommodating.
