Neuilly Residential-Victor Hugo, Maillot- American Hospital,+Parking Bus Taxi M°

This apartment is on a lovely quiet tree lined street in a very residential area of Neuilly. Bus stops just across the street were very convenient for traveling into Paris. The apartment had a very lovely balcony, with lots of plants. However, this apartment is the residence of the owner, so was more cluttered, and lived in, than some rental properties. The owner was gracious, although communication wasn't easy, as I don't speak French, and her English was limited. I was without internet for 5 of the 9 days that I was renting. After several days it was discovered to be a systems problem in the basement of the apartment building, and not something the owner could fix, although she was very sympathetic, sending a friend the second evening, to see if he could fix the issue. But it meant that I could not use the internet for any phone calls, which then became an added expense for me. Again, this was not the owners fault. but it was very inconvenient.

Beautiful & upmarket neighbourhood only 4 km's from Paris centre. Located close to the Seine riverfront with lovely walks. The apartment is comfortable, welcoming and spacious with a great terrace. The host, Chantal, is charming. Look forward to returning!

We had a lovely stay. The flat is located in a very leafy area of Neuilly. The flat is well maintained and comfortable. Above all, Chantal is a charming host which made our stay just perfect! I would definitely recommand.

This is a nice property in a fantastic area with good local amenities. Chantal is a good host and very helpful. Our one comment would be that the property is in need of modernisation.

The apartment is located in an elegant area and is the perfect starting point for a short break in Paris. The apartment is tastefully decorated. We slept there very well (with the window open).

Tastefully decorated, comfortable apartment in a quiet, green neighborhood with good access to the center of Paris. The best part was the balcony with flowering jasmine--a perfect place to rest after walking around Paris all day! And Chantal was very welcoming and helpful.

A charming apartment with a charming hostess! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chantal's apartment. Her warm and personable welcome started off our visit on a high note. The apartment suited our needs perfectly: comfortable bed, kitchen with all the appliances one could need (dishwasher, oven, stove top, coffee machine), full bathroom, closet space, plus a large living room area with a terrace. The days we had sun (in November) were quite welcome as the sun filled the apartment. I'm sure the use of the terrace in the Spring/Summer would be wonderful. The building is well maintained and very safe, with an elevator. The location was also very convenient. There's a bus stop right in front which can take you to the Eiffel Tower in 45 minutes. There is also a metro stop about a 10 minute walk away which can take you into the center of Paris very quickly. I would definitely ask to stay here again for my next visit to Paris!
