Guests have access tothe front patio dining area and garden as well as the downstairs studio apartment only.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located close to lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping in downtown Ventura. 5-10 minute bike ride to the Ventura pier.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. Walking and biking are great options for downtown Ventura as well.

Other Things to Note:
There may be other guests staying in the main 3 br house upstairs.
