Stayed Jan 4, 2026The place was clean and tidy, Spacious comfy bed and tasteful decore. The host was nice to deal with and meet.The unit is a basement of a larger house and is somewhat private. There was a distinct musty smell in the unit when we arrived, but they owner had a dehumdifier going to alleviate that. In terms of access to Picton, there's a pleasant 15m walk along a road then a jetty, so you can go into town, have a meal and a few drinks without worrying about having to drive home.We enjoyed our stay there/

Stayed May 31, 2025We had a very comfortable (late Autumn), warm, 3 night stay, and our hosts were incredibly helpful. The accommodation is very spacious with a very large comfortable bed,....settee and chairs too. It has a well provisioned kitchen.....lots and lots to like for a longer summer stay!

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Just had a one night stay at this comfortable property. There was plenty of room with a good size kitchen space with lots of extras. It is room underneath the main property but we didn't hear anything until a reasonable time in the morning. There was a glitch with us not recieving instructions for the property but we had very fast communication when we messaged.
