Nero's Apartment - Luxury House

Bring the whole family to this fantastic place to stay with plenty of space to have fun. A spacious apartment in a charming neighborhood full of shops and featuring a market with fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish. Just a short distance from the city center, only 15 minutes from St. Peter’s and 10 minutes from Metro Line A! While you’re staying here, the apartment won’t be shared with anyone else for your safety and privacy, and any unused rooms will be locked. Check-inis not available at night.<br>The space<br>A large, spacious apartment suitable for large families, groups, or couples on vacation; in fact, the minimum number of guests required for a stay is 2. In this case, the entire apartment is at your disposal, except for the rooms that will not be occupied, which will be locked.<br>Guest Access<br>We accept a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 7.<br>One person has access to the room with a single bed, as well as the entryway, bathroom, and kitchen.<br>Two people have access to the room with a double bed, as well as the common areas as listed above.<br>Four people have access to two double bedrooms as well as the common areas.<br>Six or seven people have access to all 4 bedrooms as well as the common areas.<br>During your stay<br>I’m always available to help or offer advice—feel free to contact me by phone. I live nearby<br>Other things to keep in mind<br>The rental rate is per room and therefore per bed: one bed in a single room, two beds in a double room. If you’d like to have a room all to yourself, a supplement applies.<br>Please note that for your privacy and security, unused rooms are locked and not rented out.<br>For guests arriving outside of check-in hours (depending on the schedule), we may charge a surcharge.
